Semua Bab Daddy and Mommy: Bab 161 - Bab 170

"Nathan came to me for help," Marct explained. "And I gave him the medicine, out of the goodness of my heart, right? I made him sign an NDA because I didn't want any disclosure. The former Collins is a public figure, and his illness was severe. If my calculations are correct, he should have been on bedrest for more than six months and he could have possibly died if I didn't give him the medicine. Nathan just told me he's recovering and is ready to sit on the throne and it hasn't been two months. You don't think people will find that suspicious?""Fuck,""Right, because someone is going to dig up some shit and everything will come back to bite me in the ass, and like I said, I do not want the world to find out about this. So I'm stopping this before it's too late," When Marct left to attend to the people who came to see him, I also made my way over to Samantha, who had more or less calmed down and sat with the other ladies. I just wanted to check up on her and see if she's not feeling

"Wait, really?" Boraxip perked up, hoping to fill his eyes. He fished for a phone in his pocket, making a call. The more I learned about Boraxip's past and the scars I've seen littering his body, the more I felt for the man. It might be sympathy or genuine sadness and grief.Even though I didn't have a brother or a sibling, I couldn't imagine what it felt like to be betrayed by your blood, like that. It's cruel what Nicholas did to them."Hello?" a voice on the other end of Boraxip's phone greeted."Hey Dimitri, your brother tells me you were the last person to see Caiphus and my son the night of the attack," Boraxip says, eyeing Jordan from the corner of his eye."Yes," Dimitri says on the phone."Well?" Messiah pressed, stepping closer, anticipating an answer. "Is he alive? Do you know where he is?""He's alive," both brothers let out breaths of relief."Why the fuck didn't you say anything?" Messiah shouts, even though he's wearing a huge smile on his face. If I'm not mistaken, I c

"It doesn't matter. Orion knows what to do," Marct said just as the door opened and Kang Seung Tak came back with a slim man with albinism. He looked around briefly before making his way to Marct's side. The two spoke in harsh voices before Orion nodded and took the letter from Marct.Halfway towards the door, he stopped with a gasp. "M-Mr Benedict," he turns back to Marct."Yes?""This is not a letter," Orion frowned, looking between the letter and Marct. "It's a threat," my brows shot up at that."Yes, it is," Marct said, seemingly unbothered."Why are you sending a threat to my sister?" Boraxip asked with a frown."Because, dear Boraxip," Marct said, grabbing his phone. "People respond to threats faster than begging.""He wants to die," Messiah groaned, shaking his head."Well then you'd have to make sure I don't die," was all Marct said. "Send it in the morning, Orion." Orion was sceptical as he eyed the letter before nodding and making his way out.I have sooner come to the reali

| Jackson |"Why must we bring them here? Samantha won't be happy about this," I said quietly, watching as Bastian's men helped him into one of the rooms reserved for guests. My head's still spinning about everything I learnt about either Boraxip, Marct or even...Bastian. I've always known he was a jerk; I just didn't think he was this bad. Sometimes I question myself why I'm friends with him."Lawrence asked me to help him, baby," Michael said with a sigh. "He didn't want them anywhere near Addy's son and he didn't know where else to take him,""This is just so fucked up," I said with yet another sigh, leaning against Michael. "How can he do all of that?""The Mafia world is a lot crueller and more unjust, baby," Michael said quietly.Marct had one of his guys, along with the Albino guy, treat Bastian's wounds. Whatever they have been doing to him, he must have been awake because he was screaming in pain. Or it was the poison troubling him. He'd just now quieted down. He was probably

Lawrence's phone rings, waking him up. Bastian only groaned, his eyebrows twitching. Lawrence rolled over to grab the phone, answering it. "Hello?""Yo dude, is everything alright there?" Lawrence pulled the phone from his ear when he realised Darren video called him. He sat up with a yawn, stretching himself. "Sweet pea is concerned.""He's fine now," Lawrence says, looking at his brother. "Marct helped him.""That's...good, I guess," Darren says. "Are you good?""Yeah," Lawrence says, yawning for the second time. When his eyes found us, they widened for a moment. "I think I'll be here for a while. Could you bring some clothes?""Sure, I can do that," Darren says."Thanks, Darren," Lawrence said before he was startled by Bastian's coughing. We all turned to him as he convulsed both in pain and in endless fits of coughs."Oh boy," Ambrose sighed, heading to Bastian's side of the bed, whilst shaking the water bottle, after dropping in a pill. "Here we go again," he mumbled to himself a
