CHAPTER 77 Nikolai guided the SUV into the gated compound, the tires crunching softly over the gravel driveway. The engine's sound faded as he cut the ignition, and for a moment, the only sound was Pascal's contented sigh from the back seat. The boy had been chattering nonstop since they left the diner.
