Celine's POVThe curb rushed up too fast at me.One second I am thinking about nothing at all, the next the world jerks sideways and sound tears open. A horn blares so close it rattles my bones. Someone shouts at me or someone close to me. My foot slips off the edge of the pavement, heel skidding uselessly as a blur of metal flashes past my knees.I don’t scream.
