After nearly thirty minutes, Morvienne's lashes fluttered and she finally opened her eyes slowly, gazing ahead with a soft, unfocused stare, as though she still had so many thoughts deep inside her mind.She shifted in the bath, letting her body rise slightly as water rippled around her in small waves, spreading outward with the movement.Then she pressed her hands against the sides of the tub, and pushed herself upward, lifting her body carefully out of the warm water.Drops of water slid down her skin, tracing the curves of her shoulders, arms, and back as she moved. Morvienne hummed as she put her hand under the running water in her bathroom."Mhmmm...mmm..."Her right hand was slick with dark, sticky blood, streaked across her fingers and palm, the water flowing out of the sink, red and messy.While still humming, she grabbed the soap close to her, and rubbed it across her two hands, most especially her right hand which was more stained, rubbing every line, and every knuckle. Her hands slammed against the locked door, her fingers shaking as she tried the handle again and again, but it wouldn't open. She twisted her body, half rising from the seat, her face full of panic as the pack grounds grew farther and farther away."Please... no, LET ME OUT!!" she cried, her voice breaking. "Please, let me out." She turned her head sharply toward the back window of the car, staring through the glass as the Varyn Pack disappeared behind them, no longer in sight.Her chest hurt so bad and her hands trembled just as bad.
