Liam’s pov As l stepped out of Garvin’s room, l headed out of the hotel.. I thought of going to Alex to get a way out of this situation.. but that will be a little too late in my own end. Garvin’s pov Still seated in my room waiting for the driver, when l heard a knock at the door.. I stood up and went straight to get the door open.“Good day sir, your dad sent me to come pick you,” he stated, as he bent his head slowly. Ohhh, right.. they really sent a driver to come get me. “Sure, my bags are in there.. you can go get them,” l muttered as l made my way downstairs. I didn't bother to wait for him… Literally there was no need to vent my anger at him, he was simply doing as he was told…. I landed him the kiss and made my way out of the hotel.I didn't bother to ask him where he parked the car, l just went ahead, to wait for him. Garvin’s pov Soon enough, l was done with everything and made my way downstairs for dinner and ready for some heated argument from dad.. I know tonight dinner is going to be an intense one, so I have to get prepared for whatever is to happen next. Just when l got downstairs. I saw dad seated at his position, his face buried to the food as my mom dished out some food on his plate. I gently pulled out the chair from the table and sat quietly.. waiting for my food to be served. “Have you seen me since you got back?” Dad asked as he glanced at me. “No… you weren't here when l arrived,” l responded as l returned the stares. Somehow, the moment l set my eyes on him, l became more furious. The little fear l had vanished. Garvin’s pov“What do you mean you can't get married to Jackie? Go ahead and explain why you think you can't get married to her” she gloated, as he leaned backwards towards the chair. “Dad….. I want you to understand that I'm not saying she isn't good for me,” l proceeded, “What I'm simply saying is that Jackie and l ain't made for each other… we are two different people,” l explained.
