ANDREAMy fingers clicked Jason's own first as I was a bit interested in what he had to say.Was he going to beg me for choosing Loraine over me?Or tell me to sign the divorce papers that he was indeed done with me?"Andrea we can all talk this out", the message read."Right.. after having the best time of your life with Loraine, you suddenly remembered your wife walked out hours ago", I typed"It's not that.... she's just been here all my life that it didn't feel wise to leave", his message read and I scoffed "Is he actually being serious right now", I muttered under my breath"It obviously didn't...I mean, she's been there for about four years of you life...I guess", I typed and almost immediately, his message entered."Six years actually", his message read and I ran my hand through my hair frustratedly."I'm not having this conversation with you, I'll sign the papers you want me to sign and I hope you submit that so we can get divorced officially", I typed and I pressed the send

Andrea He sat me on the edge of the vast mattress and stood before me, looking down. Then he walked towards the bathroom robe that had been prepared for us. "This won't do much but it can be managed", he said as he pulled out the ropes. He walked closer to me and then tied it gently round my head, sealing me in darkness. "Remember you were wearing a mask when we first met, you could see me but I couldn't see you", he said and I nodded. "How about you not seeing me instead", he said and his hands were on my shoulders, pushing me back until I lay flat on the cool duvet. He unbuttoned my blouse and slid it off me. His fingers traced the line of my bra, then unhooked it and the moms the cold air touched my breasts, I felt myself flush. He removed my skirt, my underwear, every piece until I was naked and blind on the bed. I was completely vulnerable and it was almost like the first night where I longed for it. I felt him over him and his hands reached for mine, placing them

ANDREAThe key felt heavy in my hand, a cold metal reminder of the life I was walking back into....Or maybe walking out of.I stood outside the front door for a moment, just staring at the familiar door. The welcome mat we bought loved and we both bought when we were coming back from our honeymoon trip. Most times looking at it before entering the house just made me so happy but it wasn't the same this time around. It didn't bring the familiar presence it had always given me.It reminded me of the betrayal instead.I pushed the door open and the silence was the first thing that hit me....not a peaceful silence, but an empty one....a silence that said the house had been functioning perfectly without me. Everything was lined up as it used to be, which I knew Jason couldn't do."Maybe she slept here overnight", I thought."Acting like the wife in the space that was supposed to be mine"My mind drifted back to the car, to Fred’s voice, the last words he said before he dropped me off."Wo

ANDREA Suddenly, my phone buzzed on the bathroom sink, the screen lightening up with Judy's name on it . I glanced at the pregnancy kit in my hands and I turned back to look at the phone. Sighing, I grabbed it, my fingers hovering over that answer button for a full three seconds before I swiped. “Hey,” I said, my voice oddly calm. “Rea, have you done the test, are you really pregnant", she said. I turned to face the mirror, placing the pregnancy test down. "Yes", I muttered, staring at myself in the mirror.. “I am pregnant Judy” I said, the words rolling out. There was this deafening silence between us for few seconds where it felt like no one had an idea of what to say. Then I heard Judy make a deep sigh. "Damn..Rea, you made me speechless for what felt like hours...that's crazy", she said. “I know right?” I let out a shaky laugh that didn’t feel like mine. “I’m excited… or, I think I’m excited...It’s like the excitement is there, but it’s buried under… everyt

ANDREA"It's something I should have said, like I mentioned earlier but I didn't think you'll really want to hear about it, but still seeing you again brought it back and I know if I didn't say, it'll eat me out", she said."Just get to it", I said."The night we met", she began"In the club...Fred knew who you were", she said "You probably didn't see this but the moment he entered the club, the manager took him to VIP room and he said he wanted a particular person, he was ready to give any amount... anytime to make sure the lady was his that night", she said."You're joking right, he didn't know me", I said, chuckling nervously."We wouldn't have even met if not that you needed my help in helping your friend out", I added, twirling the fork round the pasta as I ate it."I'm sorry but that's not what happened", she said."None of my friends were sick, the manager had a meeting with me since I was the available striper and he told me that we needed to ask if the stranger which was you
