During a drought you can ask the ferns to summon the rain. The next day I head into town to visit the Meaford public library to do some research. I drive through town, as usual, it doesn’t look like anything new has happened. The quiet town life is one of the reasons why my family stays here. The library is in the downtown core, which is usually filed with life. People are sitting on benches and walking their dogs. The restaurants are busy with people getting their coffees for work. I pull into the parking lot and head towards the old building. The large wood doors were hand carved, and I always appreciate their beauty. I look around the room filled with rows of many books; old and new. I am looking for the librarian, her name is Amelia, she had been a very close family friend for years. She is also a very powerful witch. Amelia has the power of telekinesis, which means she can move things with her mind. She should be able to show me newspaper articles that are not available
