CHAPTER NINETY-FOURWILLOW’S POVThe moment I step out of the Alpha Killian’s bedroom after rounding up with my morning chores, I head down the hallway to the staircase leading down, away from his quarters. I exit the building at the speed of light and release a heavy sigh of relief once I’m at a safe distance away from it.I didn’t get a wink of sleep last night because I kept thinking about how I was going to face him this morning, but to my relief, he wasn’t in his bedroom when I got there earlier. The only thing I found was a note from him, telling me he had to leave earlier than normal.I don’t know if he left because he didn’t want to deal with the severe awkwardness that would have plagued the atmosphere if we had met in his room.
