It was another day to be at work. Even though my mind was not as calm as it used to be, that wasn't an excuse to be away from work. Marcus had told me, weeks ago, that the threat has been finally neutralized and to be honest, I hadn't received any threatening message nor have I noticed any suspicious movements in the hospital premises since he gave me that information. I wouldn't care about the accuracy of it. As long as no attack or threat would come my way, I would believe the update from him. Together in one of the hospital rooms with Adrian standing at the far end, accomplishing his own tasks for the day, I couldn't help but think about how moody he was. Each time he wanted me to find out he was moody, he would not respond to my greetings and the expression on his face would clearly show that, but that was not the case now.
