Tamara’s POVI ran through the forest, each step tearing at the earth beneath me, the air sharp and biting against my lungs. My claws dug into the mud, and the scent of pine mixed with damp soil filled my nostrils. Smoke curled from my body, coiling around my arms and shoulders, and my red eyes flared against the darkness.
