No more interruptions,” Oliver murmured against her hair as he buried his face in the curve of her neck. “I thought you might like that news,” Harper said softly, and her arms moved to the back of his head. “A deal is a deal.” Oliver’s lips curved into a slow, predatory smile against her skin. “Oh, I definitely like that news,” he confirmed, his hands sliding down to grip her hips possessively. “And you are absolutely right– deals need to be honoured.” He lifted his head to meet her gaze, his blue eyes dark with intent. “Since we have an entire hour before anyone starts clearing out for the night…” without finishing the sentence, he spun her around gently and guided her backward toward his large mahogany desk.
