Lahat ng Kabanata ng Jenny & Jay - Volume 2: Kabanata 81 - Kabanata 90

“What do you mean?” I asked.“Messyhair,” she murmured, playing with my hair and pressing against me. “I know my taste. You’ll never guess it, and even though our friends have asked, I’ve never shown them what I’d actually accept.” She laughed. “Besides, I’ll just say it’s not the right one.”“But you hate cats,” I whispered against her neck.“Maybe, but winning is what matters,” she laughed as I started tickling her on purpose, making her run into the bedroom.I followed and playfully tackled her onto the bed.“You could tell me about your admirer,” I said.“About what?” she asked.“The exchange student who wants to take you away,” I said. She pushed

I should’ve looked away. Should’ve stood up and left the room. But I couldn’t. She danced like temptation incarnate—teasing, graceful, slow. When she peeled back her sweatshirt and revealed the black corset beneath, I stood.I crossed to her in two strides, hands slipping around her waist.“What do you think you’re doing?” she giggled as I eased her down onto the couch.I didn’t answer. I couldn’t. My fingers were already tugging at her tracksuit, breath shallow. I nearly tore the fabric from her—and my own clothes too—blinded by how much I needed her. She laughed softly, her skin warm under my hands, her smile daring me to break every rule we’d set.“What do you think you’re doing?” she asked again, this time breathlessly, already reacting to my kisses.

The next day, Dad drove us to the apartment, and I showed them around.“It’s not huge, but it’s perfect for the two of us. Thank you,” I said once we settled in the living room.“I see your girlfriend has made it feel like home,” Mom said, looking around.“Yeah, she’s slowly unpacking everything. Will the rent be covered over the summer too?” I asked, since we hadn’t discussed it yet.“As far as I know, it was leased for several years. Adam handled the paperwork,” Dad said.“If no one’s hungry yet,” Dad continued, “we could head to the store.”“Finally, I get to see my own shop,” Amber said excitedly.“Sis,” I said, “I’ve already been inside, but they

“Yeah, Jenny always sees right through me,” I admitted.“I know, son,” he smiled. “Good luck. I can’t help you—this is between the two of you.” He laughed.“You bet on this too?” Amber asked, sounding exasperated.“She said she’d figure it out,” I muttered, feeling slightly offended. “You don’t think I’m just going to let it go, do you?”“You’re the boss,” Amber rolled her eyes, while our parents laughed.“Is it already sized?” I asked as I held the box. I remembered correctly—it was a stunning ring.“Yes, bro,” Amber smiled. “Dad asked me for one of those bijou rings she wears in photos, so I knew about it—Mom was the only one who didn’t.”

In the morning, Jenny had my outfit ready. A pair of oversized pants with a drop-crotch that reached my knees, a tight-fitting T-shirt with ‘If you like me, give me a hug’ printed on it, and a baseball cap.“This? Like this?” I asked.“Yes, Messyhair,” she smiled. “Other people wear this too.”“Alberto is going to love it,” she laughed as she pulled her own outfit from the bag.It was a short dress stitched together from four vibrant colors, split vertically down the front and back. Where the front had straps, the back had long sleeves extending to Jenny’s wrists. One of the colors, along with its opposite, reached down to her ankles, while the other two were short. This meant one arm was exposed in the front, while the other was exposed in the back.“I didn’t think through your shirt,” she said when she saw me dressed. Every muscle was visible through the tight fabric.“You’re not worried, are you?” I laughed, checking myself in the mirror.“No,” she said quickly. “It’ll be fine.”We
