Lahat ng Kabanata ng FORBIDDEN FLAMES ;Touch Me Like A Sin: Kabanata 1 - Kabanata 10

Troy’s POVRain poured down in relentless sheets, soaking through my clothes and chilling me to the bone. I stood drenched in the middle of the campus courtyard while my stepbrother Jayden and his friends formed a loose circle around me. Jayden is my stepbrother — Mom’s biological son. While I am my Dad’s son. Five years ago, Dad, a driven entrepreneur, married Mom, a skilled surgeon, and blended our families. They were still crazy about each other and made sure we felt equally loved. Mom treated me like her own son, and Dad did the same with Jayden and Marble. No one played favorites, to the world, we were the ideal happy family. But Jayden had never accepted me, and he reminded me of that every chance he got.Jayden leaned back casually, hands shoved deep into his pockets, staring at me like I was some ridiculous character who had wandered out of a comic book. His lips curled into that familiar smirk as the entire campus seemed to pause and watch the spectacle.“Look at you, li

I tried to scream, but the sound died in my throat, I tried to scramble off the bed, but my limbs refused to obey. Shock had paralyzed me completely,Jayden stood over me, his presence overwhelming, his eyes burning with something far more dangerous than his usual mockery.Without breaking eye contact, he reached down and grabbed the hem of his shirt. In one smooth motion, he pulled it over his head and tossed it aside. My breath caught. His bare chest was nothing short of sinful, broad shoulders tapered into a sculpted torso, every muscle sharply defined under the dim red lighting of the room. His abs were a work of art — tight, rippling ridges that flexed with each breath, no wonder he bragged endlessly about girls throwing themselves at him. For one treacherous second, a dark thought slipped through my mind, I wish he could be mine. I wish he would pin me down and fuck me senseless every single day.Reality crashed back in like cold water. He’s your stepbrother, stop. You can’t t

I spent the entire day with Marble, my big sister. She had gone on a serious shopping spree and was now proudly showing off all the girly stuff she bought from the supermarket—dresses, accessories, and makeup. I had zero idea what half of those things were, but I kept nodding enthusiastically and throwing in compliments like “That looks amazing on you” and “Wow, you’re gonna slay with that.” Anything to keep her happy. She also loaded me up with snacks, and we spent the afternoon munching and chatting until evening rolled around. When the nanny served dinner, the whole family gathered at the table as usual, I sat down but quickly shook my head. “I’m not eating tonight, I'm still full.”All eyes turned to me. Jayden shot me an annoyed glare from across the table. I saw it and deliberately ignored him, let it hurt your ego, big brother. Who cares?Mom instantly looked worried. “Son, don’t you like the food? I can ask the nanny to cook something else for you.”I shook my head again.“

“…What did I just get myself into?”The house was too quiet, not the peaceful kind of quiet that lets you breathe. This was the heavy, waiting kind—like the world had pressed mute right before the drop in a horror movie. I stood in the middle of the living room, phone still clutched in my hand like a live grenade, the black screen reflecting my own wide-eyed panic back at me.“…What did I just get myself into?”The words tasted like regret and something sharper. Something electric, I should have deleted the message, blocked the number, called the cops, or at least Marbel, or my mom—anyone who wasn’t currently turning my bloodstream into a racetrack. Instead, I found myself walking upstairs, each step creaking like it was trying to warn me. My room felt smaller than usual, the fairy lights I’d strung up last summer now casting soft golden pools that somehow made the shadows deeper.I changed out of my school clothes into an oversized hoodie and shorts, telling myself it was just comfor

I spent the rest of that evening at home trying everything to erase Jayden from my mind, I buried myself in homework, blasted music through my headphones, even stared at my phone screen until my eyes burned. Nothing worked every few minutes, I caught him staring — those dark eyes following me like a shadow I couldn’t shake. He didn’t say a word he didn’t have to, the weight of his gaze alone made my skin heat and my stomach twist. At dinner, I sat across from him and pretended everything was fine I smiled when Mom asked about school, laughed at Dad’s lame jokes, and forced food down my throat. But inside, I was screaming all I could picture was that girl from the cafeteria wrapped around him like she belonged there. Her hands on his chest his lips on her forehead while he stared straight at me the image replayed on loop, sharp and poisonous why her? Why not me — I could be...I stopped the thought before it finished, hating myself for even thinking it.The next morning, Mom and Dad
