*Bella’s POV*The apartment was alive with the sound of little feet pounding across the hardwood floor. Caleb squealed as Evie crawled after him, Lily’s tiny hands reaching for the colorful stacking cups, and Noah—ever the quiet observer—sat contentedly on the rug, chewing on a soft rattle. I sank onto the sofa with a sigh, massaging my temples, trying to summon patience from somewhere deep.
