~Kalean’s Pov~ "How can this be possible?" the Alpha asked. From the look on his face, he was finding it hard to believe, but it was true, this stench reeked of the Undead, and that could only mean vampires. I turned around to look at the forest ground. ~Jasmine~I forced myself to sit up on the clinic bed as soon as he left, but as I tried, I felt pain everywhere. Sofia and Freya ran to my side immediately, helping me as I rested my back on the pillow stacked behind.Freya moved away, mixing a powdery substance into a glass of water, she brought it to me after swirling the mixture properly, I looked into her eyes they were filled with worry."Here, drink this. Sofia and Freya gave way as Kalean sat on the foot of the bed. He dragged me close to him and crushed me against his muscular chest, breathing in my scent to reassure his wolf, I noticed his tense body relax. "God, Jasmine!!" he rasped as his fingers searched every part of my body trying to know if I was hurt anywhere "I'm fine," I said again, staring into his eyes as they were glowing brightly, he was trying so hard to hold himself back, "Did you fucking find who did this, Lucien?" he growled Freya and Sofia left just then, maybe trying to avoid the burn of a Lycan's anger.
