All Chapters of Enticing Series 2: Trouble (English): Chapter 61 - Chapter 69

Clea Mair’s POVTo make up for my deal with Hector, I did what he wanted. I faced our parents and heard what they wanted to say. And just like what I expected, they already manipulated what really happened to me. I guess they heard from Miracle that my memories of that day were still blurry, so they took advantage of that.I just nodded to them, making my response as little as possible. And it was only a brief conversation because Miracle said that the doctor advised me to take more rest once I got home.I left the throne hall without even saying goodbye, and instead of going to my room, I went straight to Hector’s office. When I arrived, I saw him lying on the sofa in the corner of his office. In front of him is a center table that was filled with a lot of papers.“I thought you would take a lot of time there.” He got up and pointed at the paper in front of him. “Those papers contain the information that you want to know.”I immediately went there and read the papers. And each piece

Clea Mair’s POV“Is that the truth, Dad?” Hector slammed his hand on the table. “You are the highest authority in this country, yet you are claiming that you are not aware of what they did?”“Your father is telling the truth, Hector,” Mom exclaimed, defending our father, who couldn’t even say anything after realizing the mess that his brother had made. “He is not involved in anything your uncle did.”“And how did that happen?” Miracle couldn’t stay quiet anymore. “I already told you that they seem to do something strange, and you said you would look into it. Don’t tell me you didn’t pursue it because you thought I was just being paranoid?”Our parents didn’t say anything and just averted their eyes from us.Right now, our country is on the verge of a crisis.Apparently, the Azaria Clan has been conducting an invasion of a small country not far from us. And they have been dealing with the Rioghail Mafia for the weapons that they are using to start a war against the other country. The

Clea Mair’s POVHector told me to distance myself from anything related to our family. He is going to take care of everything, and all I had to do was focus on preparing to get into the academy. To be honest, I still don’t have any idea what I should do next. And as to why, of all the military academies, Hector chose the Navy for me.All I was thinking right now is that I have to do everything just to make sure I survive all the challenges that I will face. Of course, I am also aiming to graduate as one of the top in class.I am going to start something for myself; I need to make it big enough to ensure that no one can control what is going to happen in my life.I stared at the gate of the apartment where I lived before.Miracle mentioned to me that she had already talked to my landlord when I was still in a coma. She managed to retain my lease and continue paying for it. She didn’t want to get into my things because she didn’t know what I should do with those.Fortunately, she manage

Clea Mair’s POVIt is still a week before the start of my training at the naval academy. So I don’t get bored lying in my bed, and to prepare myself for the future intense training, Hector gave me some physical activities that I can do even if I stay here in my room.It is not that hard to do.Mostly, it was just some cardio exercise and stretching that would probably help me once the classes start, so I don’t suddenly strain my body.I focused all of my attention on this since Hector doesn’t want me to think about what was happening in the palace right now. Well, it is not really my problem anymore, but of course, there was still a shred of worry since I don’t know how they will handle that problem.Fighting the Azaria Clan over the throne is not really a good fight to begin with. They will surely do everything they can just so they can maintain their power over this country.“I heard your cruel brother threw your sister out of the country,” Jean said while eating the sandwich that s

Clea Mair’s POV“Do you want to see the second prince?” Raena asked.Well, I really, really want to see Andrel. We had been away for months before we were both in a coma, and when I woke up, I couldn’t even go to him because his family was blocking me from even entering their country. If it wasn’t because of Hector’s help, I wouldn’t even know his condition. And now, I already picked a fight with Adriel, who said he would not hold back on stopping me from seeing Andrel again.I leaned on my chair and sighed. “I want to see him, but as things are right now, I doubt they will even let me. Adriel already talked to me before to say that their family doesn’t want me to continue my relationship with their prince.’She frowned. “Adi talked to you?”I nodded. “He also said that Andrel was in a forced coma because his body is still not fully recovered, and they were afraid that he would go back to me once he woke up.”“What?” She suddenly stood up and caught the attention of the other customer
