The meeting room in the old house is packed. The long wooden table is covered with maps, satellite photos, castle diagrams, and handwritten notes. It’s almost noon. The light coming through the windows is gray, typical of the Highlands we haven’t seen in person yet, but have studied so much that it feels like we’ve already been there.Declan stands at the head of the table with his arms crossed. Harvey sits beside him, laptop open and several papers spread out in front of him. Luka and Zion are also present, along with three of Declan’s most trusted men.
