Lahat ng Kabanata ng Sinful Dark Desires {a collection of steamy stories}: Kabanata 41 - Kabanata 50

I never meant to see him like that.It was late on a Friday night after the biggest game of the season. The stadium lights were still on, casting long, dramatic shadows across the empty field. I had stayed behind in the library to finish a paper that was due the next day, and on my way to the bus stop, I took the shortcut behind the athletic building like I always did. The path was quiet, the air cool with that crisp fall bite that made me pull my hoodie a little tighter around myself. That’s when I heard it.A low, frustrated sound — almost a growl — coming from the small alcove near the locker room exit. I slowed down, thinking someone was hurt or in trouble. My footsteps crunched softly on the gravel as I approached. Then I saw him.Jax Callahan. The star quarterback. The golden boy everyone on campus worshipped. He was sitting on the concrete step, elbows on his knees, head in his hands. His broad shoulders were shaking slightly. The usually confident, cocky guy who commanded the

The next two weeks passed in a blur of late-night texts and stolen moments in the library.Jax and I were friends now. More like secret friends, honestly, because we didn’t usually talk at school. Most people on campus didn’t even know we knew each other existed. Our world existed after hours—at home, staring at our glowing phone screens, or talking on the phone until our voices got quiet and heavy with sleep.Sometimes we sent each other memes at 1 a.m. Other nights, we argued passionately about which horror movie was actually scary, or debated stupid stuff like the best food combinations. He told me about his favorite playlists, the ones he listened to before a big game. I told him about the book I was reading, even reading paragraphs out loud to him while he just listened. It felt… normal. Like we were actually becoming more than friends. But every single time my phone lit up with his name, my stomach still did a little flip.It was Friday night after the biggest home game of the se

The game continued for a few more rounds, but everything felt irrevocably different now. The air between Jax and me had shifted the moment our lips touched during that dare. I could still feel the warmth of his mouth on mine, the gentle-yet-possessive way his hand had cupped my face, the way my entire body had lit up like a live wire. My heart refused to slow down. Every time I dared to glance across the circle, his eyes were already on me — dark, intense, and full of unspoken promises.Leanne tried to play it cool, laughing a little too loudly at other people’s dares and jokes, but I caught the sharp, sidelong glances she kept shooting our way. The rest of the group wasn’t subtle either — whispers rippled through the circle, stolen looks, and knowing smirks. I felt exposed, like everyone could suddenly see the secret crush I’d been burying for months, the one I’d convinced myself was one-sided and impossible. After what felt like an eternity, Jax leaned over, his breath warm against

I couldn’t sleep.I had been lying in bed for almost two hours, staring at the ceiling in the dark, replaying every single second of the party in my head like a film on loop. The way Jax had looked at me when I admitted I had a crush on him--that intense, surprised, and hungry gaze. The way his lips had felt during the dare kiss — soft at first, then growing deeper and hungrier. The way his hand had cupped my face like I was something precious and fragile. My body was still buzzing with leftover energy. My panties were damp, clinging uncomfortably to my skin. Every time I closed my eyes, I felt the ghost of his mouth on mine, the warmth of his hand sliding under my top, the low sound he made when I kissed him back.My phone suddenly lit up on the nightstand, cutting through the darkness. I grabbed it quickly, careful not to make any noise that might wake my parents.Jax: Are you asleep?I smiled despite the butterflies in my stomach.Me: No. Can’t sleep. You?Jax: Same. Been thinking

The next few days were pure, unadulterated torture.I couldn’t stop thinking about that dark, knowing smirk Kai had given me. The memory of the way his eyes had lingered on my body—like he could see every single filthy, shameful thought running through my head—was burned onto the back of my eyelids. Every time I heard the distinct, low rumble of his motorcycle pulling into the driveway, or caught the faint rustle of movement in his backyard, my pulse would spike instantly. A sudden, heavy wave of heat would rush straight down to my belly.I was becoming completely, irrationally obsessed. So tonight, I decided to stop hiding behind my blinds and actually test the waters. It was a warm Friday evening, the kind where the air felt thick, heavy, and intimate against bare skin. I had spent way too long getting ready in front of my bedroom mirror—deliberately choosing a tight white tank top that hugged every curve of my waist and dipped just low enough to show a hint of cleavage, paired with
