The Aftermath

"Oh, but it is! You better hurry up because I want to know everything that happened," she said, rummaging through her closet to find clothes for me. I wasn't sure I wanted to share everything that happened to me, but I had questions, and she would be the only person I know that could answer them for me. I walked towards the bathroom and started the hot water. I slowly undressed and laid his clothes on the counter. Looking at my body, I had hickeys and bite marks from head to toe. No wonder I was sore. My body looked like a road map of where his mouth had been the night before. ALL over me and I enjoyed every moment of it. I traced the hickeys with my fingers, remembering his mouth and the sweet taste of his skin. Remembering his smile, I could not help but to smile at myself. My eyes landed on a very dark hickey between my shoulder and my neck. I gently touched it, it was sore but it sent tingles down my spine. "Damn he really wanted to mark you" Lilly said from the door. I did not

Maybe Drugged

We rode in silence for a while before Toney broke the silence. "Your majesty" he started then stopped. I opened one eye looking at him "What?" I asked. “Do you think the girl did it? The one you were hot and heavy with last night? That human girl? ” he asked. I lifted my head blinking at him as I thought about the events. “No, I felt this way before she entered the room,” I said. "So it had to have happened before that" I said. “I figured you were working yourself out,” he said. A sarcastic smile played on his face. “Yeah, something like that.” I chuckled, leaning my head back again. Within minutes, we pulled up to the packed hospital. I walked into the lobby and Dr. Zay came out to meet me. “Your majesty,” he said with a bow. “It’s a pleasure to have you at our humble little hospital,” he said. “Like wise,” I said, waving off his pleasantries. “Can we go somewhere private to talk?” I asked him. “Of course sir” he said, leading me down a hall into an elevator and to his office. He

"Your majesty," he continued. "For a female shifter the drug... the drug triggers cluster ovulation. It sends all of her nutrients in her body to her reproductive organs and matures the eggs rapidly instead of naturally over time. Then, during the course of repeated knotting, her body will release multiple eggs ready for fertilization," he said. "The upside is that Cupid's arrow only works for mates, either chosen and marked already when the drug is administered or fated. With fated mates, though the bond is already there, so the woman does not have to bare the mate mark. The counsel created this drug with the help of witches," he said leaning back in his chair. I knew I was about to get a history lesson but I was oddly okay with this. "Why" I asked. " Well hundreds of years ago our kind was so far and few between the elder counsel decided to enlist the help of a coven to help our people reproduce. This ended up both catastrophically and with a high success rate," he said. " Catast

Plan B Please!

Aurora's POV: Stepping into the hot shower was almost as calming as his scent. I hate to wash it off, but my body was in desperate need of being cleaned, and my sore muscles were killing me. A slow smile crossed my lips, remembering his touch. I realized I was feeling a bit aroused just thinking of him, so I shook the thoughts and quickly washed up, getting out and towel drying myself off. Lilly placed a pair of jeans and a tank top with a pair of flip-flops on the counter. I quickly dressed, then went out and saw Lilly lying on her bed looking at the ceiling. “Soo?” She said, sitting up and looking at me. “I want all the dirty details!” She said laughing. I knew she wouldn’t give up until I gave her something, so I sighed. I slowly settled on the bed next to her. “I’m a little fuzzy about a lot of stuff but last night was,” I started closing my eyes and remembering him. “Amazing,” I said, looking at her. “He knew it was my first time, so the first few rounds he was gentle and cari

What Happened

Damon POV: We got back to the penthouse. “OK, Damon, Spill it! tell us what the hell is going on!” Toney demanded. I took a second before I handed him the folder. I walked to the counter and poured myself a glass of whiskey as Toney and Jared poured through the results. “I was drugged but not with just anything. It wasn't meant to harm or even an attempt to kill me. I was drugged with Cupids Arrow dust" I said sitting down at the kitchen table. Toney looked confused. " Cupids Arrow dust is a powerful conception drug that, when two mates are having conception issues, they are given to help conceive a child together. It makes the male go damn near Farrell, with the woman marking and mating her repeatedly.” It's dangerous and has the highest rate of success of our kind," I said, slamming down my glass of whiskey and pouring another. Slumping down in my chair now sipping the second glass, I looked at Toney and Jared. “The dust is most effective for conception on the night of the blood

Almost Unleashed

I heard everything they both said, and I felt a sharp pain of disappointment seep through me. Why the hell was I disappointed she’d be buying and taking emergency contraceptives? She couldn’t have my children anyway. She’s a human and just a one-night stand, something to take the itch off. "She saved our asses, and she did so without complaint," Mac growled. "She did, I won't disagree with you," I said to him, not in the least bit disagreeing. Even though she was human and didn’t know humans couldn’t conceive supernatural children, so, there was absolutely no risk of her getting pregnant from last night. It bothers me that she bought it and I assume by now took it. I couldn't understand why this upset me. She was trying to be a reasonable adult about things and tried to ensure in her mind no child could be conceived from a reckless night. One filled full of passion, I thought: Yes, a night of passion as reckless as it had been, it was all passion. I thought a smile twitched my lips

A Shared Dream

Aurora's POV:I opened my eyes. I was standing in a room not my own. Looking around it was a concrete old chamber. Ones you see in old palaces or castles from the Camelot era I thought. Still observing my surroundings the bed was a 4 poster bed in the middle of the room with a white and black comforter set. It was beautiful. There was a fire pelt on the ground in front of a fireplace. The fire was roaring and it heated the room. I looked down at myself I was wearing a white see through nighty. I could smell him and feel him. I knew this was a dream because I’d just fallen asleep in my own bed. He touched my hips pulling me back to him nibbling on my neck. Shiver raced up and down my spine. Turning around I met his eyes full of lust and want! He kissed me softly then lifted me up my legs instinctively wrapped around his waist. he walked us to the bed laying us down as settled between my thighs."I’ve been thinking about you Aurora. He said his lips on mine. Shivers ran down my body.

Learning About The Supernatural

Aurora POV:I felt a wave of disappointment at the news of what he had just said. I knew this was a dream, but a part of me felt like at least the information he was telling me was. “You're surprisingly very quiet for someone who was just told the supernatural world exists," he said, his finger running up and down my lower spine. "I suppose I just have one question," I mumbled, trying to process the information.“hmm" he said lazily. Last night and tonight were different. When you went last night, you uh... you sorta kinda got stuck. It was a bit painful, but tonight you didn't? I asked, embarrassed. A low laugh escaped his lips. "Last night I lost control of myself and knotted you multiple times," he said like that was not a big deal even though he looked a bit embarrassed. I smiled. "And that iiiis?" I asked, moving my head to look at him. He thought for a moment before he smiled. “Lycans, when we meet our fated mate, we get an overwhelming need to have them. We call it marking an

Heart To Heart

Aurora’s POV: "Well,” I said. “Today, after I left, I was out with a friend. We went to the pharmacy and I bought a plan B pill. Right before I took it, I had a seriously reckless thought of not taking it and letting whatever fate had in store for me happen.” His breath hitched, but he remained silent as he listened. “And really just for a single moment I didn’t want to take it.” I said, biting my lower lip trying to convey my thoughts to him. “Then I thought about you and how'd you feel about the entire situation honestly if one night of reckless passion ended up getting me pregnant and then showed up at your penthouse when I finally had the balls to tell you. Hey, you remember me from that one drunken night of reckless night of passion? Yeah, well, surprise, I'm pregnant,” I said sarcastically as I glanced up at him. He was smiling now.“Naturally, though, I dismissed the reckless thought and took the pill like a responsible adult should. I felt like if I didn’t take it then if it

How He'd React

"My thoughts and feelings about the entire situation would have been very different than you think. There is just something about you that is different. You make me act out of character. You make me want more than anything, want to be able to be bonded to and have children with a human. Not just any human but you and you alone, Aurora. I want to know you, so if it were possible that you could have gotten pregnant, then show up pregnant a few months later saying surprise. I'd take you, our baby, everything and I'd do so happily. The only thing I'd be upset about is if you did not come to me immediately after you found out," I said, smiling and kissing the tip of her nose. "Because I'd want to be there through everything..All of it" I said a small smile playing on my lips. She was blushing but the look in her eyes told me that I had satisfied her with my answer. She kissed me softly. I moved and pulled her to my chest. Feeling her in my arms, everything felt right in this world.Auro
