The Slut of a girl

Emma was pressed against the wall behind the green room door. Both hands over her face. Shoulders shaking from crying so hard. “I never kissed Benji… I never… it’s all fake…” She whispered it over and over. Like a prayer. Like if she said it enough, it would become true. She hadn’t even watched the video yet. But she knew. It wasn’t her. It could never be her. Then heard footsteps. Coming her way She flinched. At first she thought it was fans. The premiere was supposed to be over but the camera was still rolling. Dancers were still dancing like nothing happened, although it was obviously a false smile. He didn’t even look at her. He just ignored her like he was not the one who told her to get in the car just now. Thomas was in the front seat. She knew him to be the driver, but she’d never really spoken to him before. So she sat there feeling lost. Then Alex got out of the front seat suddenly and slid into the back seat with her. The moment he sat down, something closed. A panel slid up between the back seat and the front seat. She was surprised. So ca
