The restaurant was peaceful and moderate . Soft music was playing, and people were  eating, drinking and talking.Tessy walked in and looked around the room.Almost immediately, Sophia spotted her from a distance.“Tessy!” Sophia called out happily, standing up at onceTessy replied with a bright smile as she walked towards her friend. They hugged each other  tightly.“I missed you so much!”Sophia said.“ Tessy’s face brightened immediately.“I missed you too!”They sat down together and ordered food and drinks.For a few minutes, they just laughed and looked at each other as old friends who had finally found themselves. After a while, Sophia  continued “So tell me… that man who promised to come for you when he turns 30, did he come?”Tessy’s smile faded immediate

Tessy slowly turned and looked at her. There was no surprise on her face, only  disdain.“You know what?” Jessica continued, taking a step closer. “I have always hated the way everyone looked at you” She let out a short laugh.“But now things have changed. Now it is your turn to be unlucky.”She leaned closer, her eyes smurgged.“I’m sure you remember the Golden Design Competition four years ago? “I used your design draft to win that competition.” She smiled proudly.“And this time… be ready to help me win it again.”Tessy let out a quiet breath. There was no fear in her eyes, only determination. “Sorry to disappoint you,” she said calmly, “because you won’t be as lucky this time.”Jessica’s smile faded slightly. “We will see then,” she replied cold

Eric didn't know that Tessera Stone was the original owner of the story, that she told it exactly how it was.  That Jessica stole the pendant  Before he could say anything, Tessy’s voice cut through his thoughts. “Jessica If you say the design is yours, then prove it,” she said, looking straight at Jessica. Jessica smiled immediately, as if she had been waiting for that moment. “Of course,” she said confidently. “I will prove it.” Jessica had always been smart; she had seen the name Tessy gave the design—Hopeful Love. She quickly adds one plus one together in her head and knew it was the story between Eric and Tessera. She already has the story at the back of her hand.  Then she began. “Hopeful Love,” she said clearly, turning to face everyone, “is about a pure love between a boy and a girl.” 

Eric finally raised his head and looked at her.“I don’t have a wife yet who will cook for me?”Tessy blinked, then said without thinking,“But you have a live-in girlfriend—”“She is not a maid or a cook,” Eric cut in, his voice low.There was irritation in it now.But Tessy did not notice.“Or maybe she doesn’t know how to cook,” she added simply.Eric was not happy with that statement; he didn’t want anyone speaking evil of his woman. Although Jessica has never attempted making any meal since they came together, he didn’t expect that from her. His house was full of maids and cooks.Although he was a very picky eater. It was difficult for him to eat food prepared by anyone. He makes his own meals when he has time, which he hardly had.Jessica indeed did not know how to cook, and Tessy knew it very well.
