The Dress ~Nadia's POV~ The bridal boutique was the kind of place I had only ever seen in movies. White tiled floors. Crystal chandeliers. Dresses displayed like museum exhibits on velvet mannequins, each one more impossibly beautiful than the last. A woman in a sleek black dress greeted us at the door with champagne flutes and a very expensive smile. "Mrs. Boyd. Ms. Owen. Welcome. We've prepared the private salon for you." Joan squeezed my arm. "Thank you, Celeste. We'll need a few minutes alone first." The woman nodded and disappeared through a set of double doors, leaving us standing in the empty showroom. I stared at the dresses.
