Malia of Silvermoon POV"You should go for it, Braeden! Don't let your paws shake now."Erica Tate nudges Braeden Moon, whose cheeks flush a deep scarlet.Braeden bites her lower lip, gathers her courage, and walks straight into Derek's private cabin.Derek is sitting alone by his herbs. When he sees the blushing omega nurse enter, his fangs tuck away and he smiles gently."Do not worry, Braeden. You heard the wind from the Council of Alphas. Liam Raeken has been stripped of his rank and banned from the sanctuary."Braeden plays with the hem of her simple hide tunic, her voice trembling."Dr. Hale... I wanted to give you my proper thanks. And also... tell you something my wolf has been holding inside for many moon cycles."Derek smiles to encourage her."Go ahead, Braeden. You can speak freely to my wolf."With bright, twinkling eyes, Braeden whispers, "Dr. Hale, I want to belong to your den. I want you."Immediately regretting her boldness, Braeden covers her face with her hands and

"No, no, everything is perfect. It is all going according to my plan. I told you to relax, Malia. This kind of thing is child's play for the Whittemore line."While he brags, his mind races, wondering who the massive power player was that could move Gerard with a single word. Oblivious to Scott's fear, Malia smiles."You have saved Silvermoon Holdings today. I would like to treat your wolf to a hunt dinner tonight."Scott's eyes light up with joy."I would be honored to share a den dinner with you, Malia."He feels thrilled, thinking to himself, Derek, from now on, I will be the one running with Malia and protecting her tail.Just then, Malia's mirror stone glows. She answers quickly. "Mother, what is wrong with the pack?"On the other end, Talia Argent is sobbing uncontrollably, her wolf howling in panic."Malia! Liam and I were ambushed near the border! He was nearly beaten to death by a savage! You have to avenge our blood!"Malia is shocked, her claws sliding out."An ambush? Liam

Malia of Silvermoon POV"Cora, keep your mouth shut!" Lydia Hale laughs, her fingers brushing my arm. "Her heavy front is a gift from the Moon Goddess. We cannot make them smaller. Dr. Hale, you have no idea how soft they feel when a she-wolf uses them for a pillow."Cora Hale's cheeks burn bright red as she snaps, "Lydia, silence your wolf!" She cuts her yellow eyes back to me and growls, "Fine. I will trust your healing hands this once, rogue. Now, how do you plan to open my blocked body?""It might be a blind trail for an ordinary pack doctor," I tell her, keeping my voice smooth. "But for my wolf, it is just slightly more tangled than a standard claw wound."Cora hooks her teeth into my words, leaning over the wooden table. "And then? What happens next?"I shake my head, my fangs tucked away. "And then? That is the end of the trail. I could clear your blockage, but given your rotten attitude toward a True Alpha bloodline, you will need to bow your head and show real respect if you

My wolf could have caught the water in mid-air, but I chose to let it hit."Are your family's fangs satisfied now?" I ask, my voice turning to pure winter stone. "Does your chest feel lighter, Luna Queen? You know their lying nature better than any wolf in this territory, yet your mind believes every bark they make. You are entirely right—breaking our Eternal Lunar Bond was the wisest path for my wolf. Because you are nothing but a foolish she-wolf!"My freezing tone makes Malia take a step back, a shiver running down her spine. Her scent turns confused, doubting her own claws. Derek was never a wolf who attacked the old or weak. Talia and Liam were always dragging trouble into the den. One loved to spread false scents, and the other was a common pack bully. How could her mind believe them so easily?Suddenly, regret fills Malia's eyes. "Derek, I—"I raise my hand, cutting the wind from her throat."I do not care what your tongue wants to say to me. I will leave you with this text—gua

Derek Hale POV"Your wolf's strut tells me you believe your pack saved Malia, not my medicine.""Yeah, right!" Liam Raeken scoffs, adjusting his bloody head furs. "As if a packless pup like him could pull off a deal with the Blackfang Citadel. If his rogue jaws managed that, I will rip my own tail off and eat it."I look straight at Malia, my eyes flat and my tone deadly serious. "A word of advice from a True Alpha: you are surrounded by dishonest dogs with rotten intentions. Guard your borders. I would hate to see you run Silvermoon Alpha Holdings into the dirt because your nose cannot judge a wolf's scent."Malia bared her white teeth, her silver fur bristling with pure displeasure. "Derek, I do not understand why your wolf always has a problem with the pack brothers around me. I know my water hit your face earlier because of a misunderstanding, and my tongue apologized for it. But that does not give your claws the right to smear the bloodline names of those close to my den.""Smear

His scarred hand shoots out, grabbing a fistful of Scott's dark hair and yanking his head forward with violent force. The watching wolves gasp in pure shock as they realize these black-armored enforcers do not care about the Nightfang borders at all.Baldy growls directly into Scott's ear, "I hate show-off pups the most. Let us see how sharp your teeth really are when we pull them. Boys, teach this dog his place!"With that command, the rogue gang surrounds Scott, their heavy boots kicking and stomping his ribs mercilessly against the stone."Stop it, you bastards!" Scott screams, his grand Alpha bravado evaporating into thin air instantly. "I order your pack to stop right now, or my father will make your wolves disappear from the earth!" His hollow threats quickly turn to pitiful, whining pleas as his bones crack. "Please, stop! I am begging your paws! You are going to kill my wolf!"Scott's face is a bloody mess of purple bruises, his nose leaking red onto his fine fur coat. The wor

Malia of Silvermoon POV"You little stray bitch," Baldy snarles, his yellow eyes burning with rogue rage as he glares at my silver fur. "You will regret not giving up your borders to our claws."I take a sharp step back toward the stone wall, my scent masking my panic as I bluff hard. "My pack warriors already flashed their mirror stones to the Council of Alphas. The enforcers are tracking your scent right now."Baldy's cruel, scarred muzzle widens into a jagged laugh. "By the time those old wolves catch our track, my pack will have had our fun with your body a hundred times over, you stuck-up Luna tease."He raises a thick, clawed fist to strike my face. Many of the weaker feeding wolves turn their snouts away, closing their eyes. It looks like the proud Luna Queen of Silvermoon Holdings is about to face a brutal mauling by these rogue beasts.Right at the final second, a freezing howl commands the air. "Get your filthy paws off her!"Baldy's arm has just started its downward swing w

Derek lets out a low, sarcastic chuckle. "Is that the text, Ms. Argent? Your she-wolf heart is so generous, begging your future mate to save your past bond's life. Should my wolf prepare a grand tribute gift for your oh-so-powerful Chosen Alpha Candidate?"Hearing the deep mockery dripping from his tongue, I shake my head, my disappointment heavy. "Your rogue soul is completely hopeless. Even at a life-and-death moment like this, your inner wolf is still drowning in petty jealousy. Let my tongue tell you an uncomfortable truth—Jackson Whittemore possesses the raw territory power to handle Stiles Stilinski. Your pride might hate the scent, but it is the absolute truth."Derek replies coldly, his back already turning to me, "His wolf must be a very grand beast. But my claws do not need another dog to handle my hunts."With those final words, his boots click against the stone as he walks out into the dark forest alone.Seeing his opening, Scott crawls up to my side with a friendly, submi

Derek Hale POV"Do not let your wolf worry," I tell Cora, keeping my voice very flat. "My hands will wear a tight leather blindfold, and my claws will not actually touch your fur."Cora lets out a long, shaky breath after my words, but her cheeks still look as red as a fresh kill because her inner wolf is so embarrassed.Right then, the leader of the mountain sanctuary claps his heavy paws together to get everyone's attention."Listen up, high packs! I know your ears have all been wondering who sits on the secret throne of our Oakridge Circle. Well, the moon is good to you today. The supreme master of this mountain is right here, and his claws want to pour sweet berry juice for every single throat to make a new pack alliance!"The whole stone hall bursts into wild howling and clapping. All the wolves sitting at the wooden tables are very rich and have big territories, and they all start chattering their teeth with excitement."Finally, our noses will smell the wolf who owns this mount

Cora thinks my mind has completely snapped. "Derek, shut your jaws! Don't your ears know Bobby is the best shadow fighter Alpha Stilinski commands from the south? My claws cannot protect your hide if you keep running your mouth to a killer!" She turns her face to Bobby, her voice very tight. "Bobby, this male is a friend of my den and Lydia's line. Can our tongues talk this out later? Maybe your pack could let his head off the hook today?"Bobby laughs out loud. "I am afraid that is not possible for my hunt. This punk messed with Alpha Stilinski's border business yesterday afternoon. The supreme boss wants his flesh taken care of personally." He continues, looking back at Cora, "Ms. Hale, please tell the Bloodclaw Pack Heiress it is nothing personal against her line. This guy not only ruined Alpha Stilinski's plans, but his head is also acting all high and mighty even with my hunting knife biting the wood. That is a huge disrespect to my name and my Alpha."Cora has to admit my wolf i
