Chapter 1Kianna~The great hall of Silverthorn Keep smelled of death and scorched timber.Torches danced along the maze walls, casting long shadows over the bodies of my fallen kin. I stood among the ruins of my house in heavy iron chains that bit into my wrists, my once-white gown reduced to filthy rags that stuck to my body. Silver-blonde hair fell in wild tangles down my back, streaked with dooms and dried blood that was not my own.I was the last. The last daughter of House Nicodemus. The final spark of a proud northern bloodline now reduced to ghost dust by the man who sat upon my father’s throne.Tariq Wolfe. He was no ordinary Alpha. He was a mountain of a man, towering well over six and a half feet, built like the ancient war gods carved into the old temples. Broad, powerful shoulders strained against black leather and steel plates. His arms were thick with corded muscle, marked by countless scars from battles long past. Jet-black hair reached his shoulders, framing a face

Knotting the Captive BrideKianna~Tariq loomed above me, his massive frame casting lengthy shades across the bed in the firelit chamber. The thick head of his manhood pressed firmly against my most secret entrance, hot and insistent, demanding entry. Terror and the cursed bond warred within my breast.I pushed desperately against the hard wall of his chest, my palms slick with fear. “No… I beg you. I am pure. No man has ever laid hands upon me. You will destroy me.” The words echoed through the walls of the chamber. He made no answer with words.Instead, a deep, primal growl rose from his throat as he began to push forward. The broad head of his manhood stretched my untouched womanhood with brutal force. Pain, sharp and blinding, tore through my core like a blade. I screamed, a shattering sound that echoed off the ancient stone walls. My nails dug into his back, drawing blood, as my body fought against the invasion. He was too large. Far too thick. The burning stretch felt as though

Knotting the Captive BrideTariq~The great hall rang with the sounds of victory that night.Torches blazed high along the ancient stone walls, casting flickering light over long tables heavy with stolen wine, roasted meats, and dark bread. My warriors feasted like conquerors, their laughter loud and crude after days of blood and battle. Goblets slammed against wood, wine flowed freely, staining beards and tunics. And the maidens of Silverthorn were the true spoils of war.My men claimed them openly throughout the hall. Some were bent over the heavy tables, their gowns shoved up around their waists, taking thick cock with loud cries and sobs. Others knelt between warriors’ legs, mouths stretched wide around hardened flesh. A young maiden screamed as two of my soldiers took her at once, one thrusting deep into her womanhood from behind, the other forcing himself into her mouth. Tears streamed down her face even as her body shuddered with unwilling pleasure. Another wept softly in the c

Knotting the Captive BrideKianna~The journey north began beneath a grey and unforgiving sky.Dawn had scarcely broken when the guards pulled me from the depths of the dungeon. My body ached in ways I had never known before. The tender passage between my rear cheeks still scorched from the brutal claiming Tariq had forced upon me the night before. Every movement sent fresh waves of soreness through me, a deep, throbbing reminder of how thoroughly he had extended and filled that forbidden place with his huge manhood and hot seed.Yet beneath the pain, a treacherous heat continued to throb. My womanhood throbbed with disgraceful, empty need. I despised the way my body continued to crave the monster who had used me so greedily. The cursed bond between us refused to be silenced. They draped a woolen cloak around my naked form and lifted me onto a great black warhorse. Tariq mounted behind me without ceremony. His massive arms came around my body, pulling me firmly back against the hard w

Knotting the Captive BrideKianna~The servants had prepared me with painstaking care, as though I were a sacrificial offering rather than a captive. They had bathed me in steaming water scented with rare oils from faraway lands, their hands gentle yet perfect as they scrubbed away the dirt and humiliation of the journey. My silver-blonde hair had been brushed until it glowed like shiny moonlight, falling in soft waves down my back. They had dressed me in a gown of deepest crimson silk that stuck to every curve of my body, the neckline descended enough to reveal the swell of my breasts, the fabric so sheer in places that it left little to the imagination. Gold thread embroidered ancient runes along the hem, symbols of binding and possession. Now I lay upon the Alpha’s great bed, surrounded by heavy furs and crimson drapes. The fire in the hearth danced softly, casting warm, glinting light across the stone walls. I should have felt powerful in such finery. Instead, I felt exposed and v
