SERAPHINASeraphina’s eyes fluttered open.Different ceiling. Different walls. Different curtains. The modest room was everything she needed for now.She had made the right deal, but with the wrong person. The door opened and a maid stepped in.“Ma’am, your warm bath is ready,” the maid announced.Bath?Seraphina nodded. The maid led her to the bathroom. She stripped and sank into the tub. This felt good. So incredibly good. She stepped out of the tub moments later, a towel wrapped tightly around her chest. She had no clothes of her own. What now?She opened the wardrobe. Her eyes widened, jaw dropping. The wardrobe was filled with beautiful, expensive clothes. She picked one and slipped it on.It fit her perfectly. How did he know her exact size? The door opened again. Two maids entered carrying trays laden with food. What?! Her jaw dropped and refused to close. She salivated instantly. She hadn’t eaten decent food in weeks.“Are these… for me?” Seraphina asked in disbeli

DEREKA duel fight.“And it will happen at the carnival, do you agree?” Zareth said.“Yes, I do,” Derek said. The carnival. An annual festival that happened every year to celebrate the king's victory and the blessings from the moon goddess. They always hosted a duel and Derek had never fought in any. This would be his first. His father's lips formed a smirk and Derek returned it.The match would be spread across the citadel before the festival.*Come to my chamber**No, the sex was tonight**You're rejecting my order?*No reply.*Come now, else I will be there myself**No sex till night time so I'm not coming**It's not about sex**Cleaning your chamber?**No**Then I'm sorry, the deal was simple. I only offer you sex and you offer protection, that's the bargain. I don't offer company. If you need a friend you have a beta**You know I can have your head on the chopping block right?**And you wouldn't since you want me alive, I know that*Derek left the chamber and headed to the slave

SERAPHINAShe massaged her slightly red arm as she waited for Derek to show up.Fear seemed to have curled in her tummy. Her hand trembled slightly. She swallowed. Memories of Derek’s hand around her neck replayed. It would have been her doom if she didn’t have the right words. He could smell her lies so now she wasn’t sure if she could lie if Derek asked the wrong question.Moon goddess. Save her.**Few minutes ago**Seraphina paced round the chamber.Aiden can’t die. The werewolves hated Aiden’s kind and there was a slight chance that he would survive after all he was poisoned mysteriously. His black veins showed it but he performed the magic anyway.Speak of the devil. Aiden appeared. His legs trembled as he nearly fell. There was a towel wrapped around his waist. Why was he here? Had he been caught? His green eyes danced in terror. He was scared.“Aiden, you seem to have a death wish. Why would you use your magic?” Seraphina helped him to sit on the bed.“I am dy

DEREKThings have already gotten complicated, his beta seemed to be hiding secrets from him.His slave has something under her sleeves—she wants to escape and he wouldn't let that happen. She has to be under his watch until he finds something about her and since he couldn't find much since it's always darkness like his.He has decided to make more investigation on the birthmark on her back, the half moon with a star in between it.This should take him somewhere but. That mark doesn't belong to any pack—not one that he knows of.Shawn had them go to the nearest bar where they dressed to be commoners and hiding their scents.Shawn's face looks pale like he got stabbed.“So what about the witch? How did he know that you were there?” Derek asked.Shawn raised a brow then drank from his wine.“I don't know, an arrow from nowhere and I was in a fight with a wolf then he appeared” He sighed “That's only what I can remember”“But you're always vigilant?” Derek raised a brow.Shawn has always

But the game wasn't over either.“I want to eliminate your family shame from this realm” He shouted, pointing at Liam.Liam looked very comfortable—his eyes filled with excitement, Zareth was unreadable and Ashley grinned the entire fight. Why would they hate their family so much?Serena shifted uncomfortably on her chair, it's clear that she doesn't support this. Her lips formed a thin line, eyes filled with hope like she was praying so Derek would stand up.Seraphina just covered her mouth—He mustn't die else she will find him in hell.Who will protect her?
