Scott's POVWhat my father hated most was defeat and being brutally beaten. Azera was not just any wolf. It was a murdering wolf, a haunting wolf. My wolf hated Azera. And I could sense his fears when we fought. I remembered my father telling me not to run from a fight. “You are an Alpha, Scott!” He would yell each time I came back home bloodied. I don't need to know what his next question was going to be because I could second-guess it. “I left him in a more critical situation.” I would reply with a satisfactory grin on my face, and I think he was okay with it. I looked at the table, which contained gauze and some iodine to clean my wounds. Knock!Knock! “I'm coming!” I yelled, grabbing my stained clothes and throwing them across the bed. The knock came repeatedly. I cleaned my room, making sure it was neat before I dashed towards the door. My heart pounded as I placed my hand on the knob. It had been a while since I had seen my dad. After the incident. After he forced me to ge

Sienna's POV The fight between Scott and Jordan has spread through the whole school, and I was right in the middle of it. I could barely leave my dorm. Everywhere I go, I am met with the weirdo’s gazes. Those wolves who secretly envied the likes of me. No one truly knows what I was. Maybe Harper had an idea, but I don't think she knew I was an Alpha of my own. We both have not been talking, but she is now back in our dorm. We were still giving each other the cold shoulder. She doesn't talk to me, and I try as much as possible to move out of her space. I needed Harper now. I need my best friend even though I knew she was hiding something from me. Harper was the only one that offered me comfort when I got here broken and sad. I don't think I want to fight her. That morning, she was about to enter the bathroom when I stopped her. My hand slightly folded across my breast with a weird look that made her smile faintly around the eyes. “Still treating me like a stranger?” I said wit

Sienna's povThe last thing I need now is an enemy. I was not sure if keeping Harper close was the right thing, but she was the only friend I had.I remembered her cheerful smile the moment I got here. She was the only person who showed interest in me and showed me around. I was not trying to outshine anyone, but maybe my alpha instinct kicked in.My wolf loves dominating everywhere she finds herself. The door shut right behind me the moment Harper walked out. We had patched things up with a final note to always tell ourselves the truth no matter what. But I don't want to believe it. I still believed Harper was hiding something away from me. I don't know what it was, but I bet it has to do with Scott.I could feel the tension between us. The unspoken words, but I believe time was going to reveal what it was.I lay on the bed, and I cannot help but replay the memories of the kiss we shared.I remembered the way I had pressed him for reassurance. The feeling a girl needed to feel from a

Scott's pov ( After examination)Most of the students were scared. Most of them knew the school's examination standards by now. The school was never in support of poor performance. Rules were rules irrespective of how rich or your guardians were. You either pass or fail. But yet, most of the elites wanted their wards to be here. Connection was built among the wolf hierarchy here. It was not just school business alone. It was something more. Also, scouts for the best team come to scout players in good and well to do schools. I was lucky to be part of it even though I hate studying but for some weird reasons, I was finding it interesting. I knew it was all thanks to her. Sienna had drilled me over the few weeks giving me hope to sit and pass. My coach noticed it even though he didn't acknowledge it right in front of me. My mates and the football team had been talking to me. “ Tell him to keep it up and maybe his spot will be there when he comes back.”That was his way of encourag

Sienna’s POVFunny. Nothing was as humiliating as you going naked in front of the only person you love so much. I could feel the hormonal glands swinging into action. My nipples were hard and my looks were so embarrassing that I felt like rushing back into the bathroom. But it was too late, wasn't it? My robe fell off already and I was there, standing in the middle of the room looking like a zombie. I had never felt so humiliated in my entire life. What the hell was he even looking for? That was the only thing that came to my mind. Shouldn't he be in the hallway trying to check his results?Time froze ever since my robe slipped. Like we were both waiting for whatever was going to happen next. It hit the floor with a soft sound, but in my ears, it was like the sound of a broken tumbler. For a heartbeat, my entire body froze. My hands flew to cover myself, heat rushing through every inch of my skin. I could feel my face burning, my wolf inside me yelping with embarrassment. And Sc
