~~ TIANNA ~~ “506, third floor," Derek answered, and I hung up immediately. My blood boiled as I marched down to the elevator, clutching my sling bag to my chest. How dare he try to offer me freebies like I was some charity case? Mom called him. She shouldn’t have done that. Yes. We needed help but not this kind of one. Not when her daughter was deep in this family’s shit. What if he were some billionaire? Was I supposed to grovel at his feet because my dad was dying? The little voice in my head said, 'Yeah, you should,' but I shut it out. “Excuse me, Miss. Are you Tianna?” Someone asked just as I stepped out of the elevator, like he’d been waiting for me. He was blonde like Hud with a trim cut and was in a black suit. I didn’t know if it was oversized or if he was just too skinny, but he looked like those types of good boys that would wear a graphic tee to a party if his mom told him to. “Uh, that would be me. And who are you?” I asked, as I stopped in front of

~~ DEREK ~~ Her eyes widened at me as though I were raving mad for even suggesting it in the first place. “You must be kidding me.” She said, her eyes desperately scanning around. Possibly for where to hide. She looked at the window, wet her lips, then shook her head as if she decided jumping off was the easiest way to die. Then her eyes fell underneath the bed before they finally landed on the closet. “I’ll just go in there.” She gestured to the door leading to the walk-in closet, and Finn nodded in agreement. Just as she was about to leave, I caught her arm, and she flinched. “I say you’re not going anywhere. You’d learn to follow orders.” She wriggled in protest, her eyes bulging out while my grip remained firm. Then the doorknob moved, and I could see Tianna stiffen, holding her breath. As Bria stepped inside, Tianna snatched her arm back, and I reluctantly let go. “Tianna. You’re here.” Bria's face looked ashen with shock. Finn clasped his arms together,

~~ TIANNA ~~ I massaged my collarbones, pacing in front of the oven. The pastries had been in there for too long, and I didn’t like it. Sweat gathered on my brows, and I fanned myself with my hand. This place was too hot. The whole building felt like a furnace, and I was burning up. “You forgot to turn on the AC.” His voice rang out, and I jumped in my skin. I slowly turned around to find him leaning against the doorframe. Arms folded across each other. Strands of his gray hair falling across his face. He looked like those GQ models that had to dye a bit of hair for photoshoots. For fuck’s sake, why can't this man look his age? I wish he didn’t look so handsome. Now I know I have a thing for beautiful men. “I did.” I said. He tilted his head, watching me as I opened the oven with a napkin. My hand shook a bit as I brought the tray out, and it scorched me. “Ouch!” I shrieked, dropping the tray. He closed his distance in the blink of an eye, guiding m

He edged toward the bed, moving closer and closer like a shadow enveloping me, with the intention of swallowing me up. He plopped one knee on the bed, causing a dent on that spot. I gasped. Then he put another knee, his steely eyes on me. “Lie down and spread that pussy for me. I want to see it." “No.” I shook my head instinctively. He laughed dangerously, and I shook like a leaf. “You signed your life over to me. You’ll do what I say and you’ll be a good girl. Now do it.” I found myself lowering my back to the bed, my heart pounding in my throat as I slowly spread my legs. The corner of his lips twisted in satisfaction as he got in between my thighs. He knocked my legs farther apart with his knee. “Look at you. Wet and ready for daddy. Should I whip this pussy?" He husked. And it sure as hell didn't sound like a question. I met his stare, watching his eyes go dark, and I shivered at the intensity of it all. “Spank yourself.” He commanded. His hungry eyes

On purpose... “What did you do that for?” I asked, my voice shaking in disbelief. He had a triumphant smirk as he brought his fingers, fixing them into his mouth and sucking on them. All of them. Same fingers that were buried inside me few seconds ago. My cheeks heated up, and I looked away. “Sign those papers, Tianna. Before that, you get nothing.” I realized my legs were still shamelessly spread out for him, so I dropped them, letting them swing from the table. God, I've never been close to orgasm in the two decades I've lived on this earth. And this man was promising to give me everything. The orgasm. The money. A future for myself. A way out to sort my dad's surgery bills, and I was holding back. “I can't do that. I'll betray Hud. Break his trust. He doesn't want me to get involved with you.” Derek gave a short laugh, shoving his hands into his pocket. “Do you have a crush on my son?” My cheeks flushed and I avoided his eyes. “No.” I snapped defensi
