Lahat ng Kabanata ng Falling For The Alpha King: Kabanata 41 - Kabanata 50

SELENA’S POV This was the yearly Alpha feast and the biggest event the Alpha King has ever held. It was a tradition that every year the Alphas would come together to celebrate themselves as the Alpha. Moments like that bring peace in the werewolf packs and sometimes two rival packs come together to settle and live in peace. This was the best way the Alpha King thought he’d keep the people together and live as one. There was no war, no fighting or rivalry but just fun and peace. The Alphas would eat and drink from the same plate and cup to symbolize unity and peace. There’d be games like archery, fencing, racing and many others amongst them to test their skills. I wasn't ready for a big event like this. I was overwhelmed at first; I had never been out with lots of strong people when I knew I was weak and invisible. Now that the secret has been out that I was wolf-less, I feel more ashamed to be among them. I feel weak and unworthy. How will I stand the other Lunas? How will I defend

SERAPHINE POV My trick was working on Selena. I wanted to make her suffer insecurity, I wanted to make her scared. The way she held the Alpha King like she was going to be snatched out of his hands any minute gave me satisfaction. At least I know she fears me, and I’ll be ready to take what belongs to me anytime. You won't dare fuck with me or else you want to live the rest of your lives in the shadows. The feast was getting boring. What's the point of bringing in a bunch of people to eat and celebrate unity when we all know they’ll never stop fighting each other? Man will always live with chaos, it is certain. There’ll always be war. Hierarchy and power have eaten deep into the system, and everybody wants to either be the one at the top or the most feared. You can't control people, they are full of deceit. “I need some fresh air,” I whispered to Calista. I went outside the hall to finally have some air. “Are you bored too?” Jason said as I came outside for some air. I didn't know

TRISTIAN’S POV The most important time of the year was the feast of every Alpha of the werewolf packs. It was a tradition that must be done each year. Every other person saw it as just a feast, but it is just more than that. It was a test and a moment of being on alert. You’ll be side by side with your enemy, drinking and eating at the same table. Your weakness will be tested, your strength also, and all you need to do is never let your guard down. The theme was peace and unity but we all know that can never be guaranteed in the life of werewolves. There’ll be constant battles; hierarchy and power were their thing. One must want to be feared by another. Only a weak and foolish Alpha would let his guard down in a time like this. I wasn't left untouched. I was tested but I was well prepared. I never let my guard down. My senses were on alert at that moment, I could hear everything and observe everyone. The pack hungry for power would want to take me out and take over the Alpha King ti

SELENA’S POV Tristian left for the courtroom immediately after we had breakfast. There were matters he needed to attend to. The pack had been short of water supply and they needed to know the solution for that. I got dressed and did my usual thing, walking around sticking my nose in every conversation, observing and admiring the scenery and the people. This was what I practically did every day. I was walking around when I ran into the servant that I had treated. She bowed her head looking happy and beautiful at least. “How are you doing?” I asked as she stood in front of me. “I am fine, my lady. I feel fresh and better,” she replied, her tone bright and clear. “I’m glad you are fine. Listen,” I held her hands gently, looking into her bright eyes to build trust and connection between us. “Anytime you don't feel well, don't hesitate to come to me, all right. I’ll always be here to offer any help I can, my dear.”“Thank you, my lady. You’ve been good to me and I appreciate that,” she

SELENA’S POV I didn't care about anything else but finding out the truth behind my mother’s death. Now that Phinehas has agreed to help me, I’ll make sure I get what I want. He had told me to protect every information he gave me and make sure nobody found out. He had told me to come out in the night to the garden to pick up my clue to the villa. The night air was cool, carrying the faint scent of jasmine and damp earth as I made my way to the garden. The moon hung high in the sky, casting a pale silver glow over the landscape. My steps were cautious, my ears attuned to every sound. I didn't want anyone to see me or find out what I was going to do I had thought of telling about this, but it was risky for me. I didn't want him to think I married him just to start going back to the past and digging into my mother’s death. This wasn’t a tale—it was my reality, one that revolved around the unanswered questions of my mother’s death. When I reached the garden, the silence enveloped me. T
