Amir Pov The car slowly stopped in front of the pack office. From the car, I could see the elders standing in front of the office, their eyes staring straight at the car as they waited for me to step out. I shifted my eyes calmly away from them, then turned to Khalid, who sat in the driver’s seat. “I’ll meet with the elders and wait for you in the pack office.” My voice dropped to a low whisper. “Make sure you’re through with the mission I gave you.
