~ Ava ~I watched his broad back retreat to the gate of the fence, walking confidently, walking like he was an alpha on a mission. The way he ended our conversation was rude. There was no 'see you later.' No 'remember the deal.' No nothing. I couldn't be sure what to feel about it. Relief? Disappointment? Frustration? After that little intimate encounter we had earlier, I expected more from him, but I guess I should have known this would happen. He hated my gender all his life. He couldn't warm up to me in just overnight. In the middle of my musings, to my surprise, Eugene grabbed me by the wrist and pulled me forward."Ava! Come! Come!" he cried with excitement in his eyes. "I'll introduce you to my daddy!"Since I was curious about this man, I allowed Eugene to pull me. We marched to the house with Alpha Darius leading us, not at all taking the cobblestoned pathway, and just going straight past the fresh-cut grass. It didn't take long for me to spot a new face standing on the back p

~ Alpha Darius ~If I were honest with myself, I didn't want Ava to remain in the manor while Ivan stayed. I wanted to put her in one of my penthouses in the city and keep her there until my brother leaves. However, that would be too much of a move, even for my standard, so I chose the next best option and it was to have her return to her aunt's house, even for just a day.It was an on-the-spot decision, really. I forced myself to decide it when Ivan was being persistent. I knew he was making moves on her now. I didn't want them together, so I did what I had to do. With Dred with her, I was confident she would be safe.I had an important meeting to attend to with the CEO of Cunningham Strategies, a high-tech company which excelled on smartphones and gaming gadgets across the globe, now ranked first in the market by Forbes. I wanted to own this company and the owner has made hints he wanted me to own it. This was a big deal for me, so I had to focus on working this out. However, this m

~ Ava ~My first thought when I felt this kind of invasion was Alpha Darius. He was what my heart desired; the exact person I was screaming for to trespass my room and kiss me. On impulse, I reciprocated the kiss and moaned. My head was still foggy from my sleep, my senses still adjusting. However, once I registered the taste of liquor against my tongue; once my nose captured the pungent smell that was nowhere near like the alpha’s; and once I opened my eyes and saw a different man kissing me, I recoiled and pushed the intruder back.“Ivan!” I shouted, throwing him a glare that could have sliced his head off if it were physically sharp. His hands—so strong and so persistent—captured my arms and secured them over my head.“Open up to me, A...va,” he murmured, slurring my name and letting me know he was more drunk now than earlier. “Let me make it good...for ya.”I flinched at the closeness of his lips. I couldn’t believe I replied to his kiss earlier. If I had known it was him in the b

~ Alpha Darius ~There was no going back now.I want and will claim Ava at this very moment. In this very spot. To hell with our bedrooms. To hell with going into an enclosed space. Making love in the dark, underneath the stars and the moon, for the first time, was the best way to go for me.Let the Moon Goddess see that I have finally caved in. Let her see that the pairing she did indeed became one.Ava was submitting and reciprocating every touch I made. She was eager herself to feel my skin as much as I wanted to feel hers. The sexy bikini she wore was a temptation and an invitation already. As I returned to the manor with my phone set on a live video feed of her swimming in the pool, seeing her in those skimpy covers, my cock hardened and strained against my pants so much that it pained me. My lycan side howled and howled, ready for some action. It was getting impatient. As a result, when my car arrived in the front entrance, I used a shortcut, went straight to the lounge area of

~ Ava ~I know, if it weren’t for Eugene and Malcolm, Alpha Darius and I would have already been on his private island in less than a second. The portal incantation would have efficiently done that. But then, traveling in style using his private jet wouldn’t be a bad idea too.As my first time in Oruga, I also wanted to see its beauty, see the landscapes it has, its bodies of water, and the civilization its people had created. I had seen pictures about it during my research on Aunt Grace’s laptop, but it didn’t give justice to the real thing. I was ecstatic just thinking I would finally see it with my own eyes, all 35 thousand feet off the ground.Since I was sharing a bed with Alpha Darius now, he woke me up at four in the morning to prepare for our departure. I went back to my room, changed my clothes and went to the west side of the manor where his transportation, both in air, land and water, was parked.Eugene, Alpha Darius and Malcolm were already waiting for me inside the minibu
