Chapter Six At seven forty-five, I was still standing in front of my closet. I had no idea what something you can move in meant. A dress? Jeans? Something elegant? Something practical? I hated that I was even thinking about it. I pulled on black jeans, a fitted dark sweater, and ankle boots. I tied my hair back and looked at myself in the mirror. I looked ordinary. Young.
