Galaxy Technical College was not even located in any big city. Instead, its campus was at an abandoned factory in a small, isolated town. The dorms were ramshackle huts made of corrugated steel and incapable of withstanding the elements. There were no libraries or laboratories. It did not even have a proper field. Its professors, who were supposed to be experts in AI, were all jobless drifters the college had found from somewhere.
