VERA'S POV"Honk… Honk…" The loud horn travelled through my ear drums. The shock drove me off the bus seat. I landed on the floor."We're here kid!" He said pounding on the side of the bus.The noise added more distress to my disoriented state. I squinted my eyes, peeking at her through the small opening."No!""Please, I'm just coming from the orphanage, I have no where to go, please just the front porch, I promise, I won't disturb, I'll leave before dawn."
