All Chapters of Her Vampire King: Chapter 1 - Chapter 10

Covering my dark violet eyes with dark shades, I step outside the car. Sunlight warms my skin, but still, it doesn’t warm my cold heart. There is only one person who can give life to my cold dead heart, warming me from inside. Unfortunately, I have not found that person yet, I am still searching for my soul.Buttoning my grey coat, I walk inside the King Motors. My employees greet me as I walk past them, I acknowledge them with a polite nod of my head. I can sense their anxiousness as I walk past them. Honestly, I like the fact they fear me because they will think twice before betraying me.Ruling a successful business empire is not easy, you have to instill some fear in people so that they follow your orders and never dare to go against you. But at the same time, it is a huge responsibility. You have people to look after, to make sure they are content and taken care of under your leadership.Sighing, I watch my reflection in the hallway mirror which leads to my office. For the world,

SoulMy beast keeps on repeating the moment our eyes land on her.Human, we found our soul.My beast grins happily as I nod my head in agreement sharing his contentment. She is perfect. Can I meet her?No, not yet. She doesn’t know anything about us. You will scare her.I mentally scold my beast who is behaving like a three-year-old.Why she will be afraid of me? I am hers, I will not harm her. I sense his pain by the thought she will be afraid of him. But soon it turns into adoration when she smiles at us.I know she can feel the pull, it is all over her face. I can just pray she will not resist it and will accept us.“Mr.King, I know you have been one of our important partners and we have made very beneficial deals in the past in the leadership of Mr.Michaels. But we can assure you if your company will continue with this partnership you will not regret working with us. We have always delivered our best and will continue to do so, despite any circumstances,” Regina directly speaks t

She must be tired... she should rest now.Ask her to take rest. You are so uncaring. You are not taking care of her.Let me come out, I will show you how you should look after her.Dumb human.“Ugh, shut up!” I groan, rubbing my temples with my fingers because my beast is giving a headache with his constant nagging.Regina raises her eyes from the new contract papers, giving me a concerned look. Now, she will think I am crazy for groaning and talking to myself.“Are you having a headache?” She asks softly. My heart flips hearing her concern filled tone. She is so caring... she is worried about us.My beast bloody purs in my mind. He is so whipped. So are you!“Yes.” I smile at her, answering my beast and her.“Then, I will take these papers with me and send you tomorrow after going through them. You should rest.” She smiles and starts gathering her things which causes me to panic as I don’t want her to go yet... or ever.Look, idiot, because of you she is leaving us.It is because of

Taking quick strides I open the door, as my beast wanting to take over as without even seeing we both can feel his pain.“Atlas.” He barely able to speak, his face scrunches up in pain, as the blood oozes out of the large gash covering his abdomen.“Felix.” Immediately, holding him, I lead him inside. Both I and my beast want the blood of the person who has hurt our younger brother. We can’t die easily, but one of the ways to kill us is to stake us through our hearts. However, serious injuries tend to weaken us to the point that we can die from the lack of blood.“Your wound needs to be fixed before you lose all your blood.” Throwing his arm around my neck, I hold all his weight as I take him to the bedroom. The only response I get from him is groaning. His eyes turning to glow faintly indicating that his beast is trying to give him the strength to heal his human body.We heal quickly because of our beast, but when we suffer from any serious injuries they need to be treated first. Regina’s POVThere is an unknown ache inside my heart since the moment I have left Atlas.Today has been really strange for me. First meeting Atlas, then all the feelings that have invaded my heart accompanying him. Then my reaction to that strange guy, like he is someone really close to me... like I have some kind of relation with him.The feeling which stirred in my heart for him is quite different, it is love but at the same time, it is somewhat different. Not the kind of love that a man and woman have, it is more like motherly love. The moment he placed his head in my lap and held my hand I know in my heart there is nothing I would not do for him.I feel a strong sense of protectiveness over him.His pain-filled whimpering cut my heart into two, that I would have done anything in a heartbeat to take away his pain. However, my heart was filled with relief when he slept peacefully in my lap as my touch provided him comfort.I was afraid what would have Atlas thought of this, as for
