The key is to make your visualization as detailed as possible, from the sights to the smells to the emotions you feel, and just let the story unfold. Bear in mind to have a safe word to get back to your 'current reality' (CR). The word should be something you wouldn't usually say in your DR. You’ll supposedly return to your CR the moment you say the word. Reality shifting is a fascinating concept with a lot of internet buzz, but it remains unproven scientifically. That being said, it's a fun exercise in visualization and can even be a form of active meditation. However, it's essential to remember that it's the real world that life truly happens in.
