Searching for the audiobook specifically, it's on Audible and Spotify now, I believe. Spotify's included tier has a lot of audiobooks these days, might be there. The dual narration works perfectly for the dual narrative structure. Just make sure you get the unabridged version.
Honestly, I listened to this one via my public library's OverDrive. The wait was a couple weeks, but it was free. If you're set on buying, Apple Books and Google Play Store have it as well. The performance is solid—I think it's Bahni Turpin and a couple others? It's been a minute.
One thing to note: the paperback is gorgeous, but the audio is great for catching the back-and-forth chapter pacing. I ended up buying the book after listening because I wanted to highlight some lines. Check Chirp for deals sometimes; they had it discounted once.
Nina LaCour's audiobooks are available through the usual suspects, but 'You Know Me Well' is actually co-written with David Levithan, which is super relevant for tracking it down. Audible has it, obviously, but I also found it on Libro.fm, which I prefer because you can support an independent bookstore with your purchase. The narration is handled by two different readers, one for Mark's chapters and one for Kate's, and they really nail the different energies.
Sometimes co-authored books get listed under both authors or just one, so if it doesn't pop up immediately, try searching under 'David Levithan and Nina LaCour'. My library had it on Hoopla, too, which is worth a shot if you want to listen without buying. The audio version adds a layer to the whole prom-night chaos and secret crushes vibe, makes the San Francisco setting feel even more immediate.
I grabbed my copy during an Audible sale last year, but it seems to be regularly available.

He shouldn’t have imagined her lying naked on his bed. She shouldn’t have imagined his devilishly handsome face between her legs.
But it was too late.
Kiara began noticing Ethan's washboard abs when he hopped out of the pool, dripping wet after swim practice. Ethan began gazing at Kiara’s golden skin in a bikini as a grown woman instead of the girl next door he grew up with.
That kiss should have never happened.
It was just one moment in a lifetime of moments, but they both felt its power. They knew the thrumming in their veins and desperation in their bodies might give them all they ever wanted or ruin everything if they followed it.
Kiara and Ethan knew they should have never kissed. But it's too late to take that choice back, so they have a new one to make.
Fall for each other and risk their friendship or try to forget one little kiss that might change everything.
PREVIEW:
“If you don’t want to kiss me then... let’s swim.”
“Yeah, sure.”
“Naked.”
“What?”
“I always wanted to try skinny dipping. And I really want to get out of these clothes.”
“What if someone catches you... me, both?”
“We will be in the pool, Ethan. And no one can see us from the living room.” I smirked when I said, “Unless you want to watch me while I swim, you can stay here.”
His eyes darkened, and he looked away, probably thinking the same when I noticed red blush creeping up his neck and making his ears and cheeks flush. Cute.
“Come on, Ethan. Don’t be a chicken...”
“Fine.”
His voice was rough when he said, “Remove that sweater first.”
Axel, handsome, smart, with a secret that hasn't been revealed yet, a secret that could clear up that mess of conflicting feelings that he was just having, that made him feel bad of what he felt for HER. Was it possible to have such strong feelings for someone who was connected to you by blood? But was she? She was the only person who helped him, who got him out of his crisis, who calmed his head when he started thinking too much. Emma was his sleeping pill, and the heartbeat that made his heart live.
Ali never let her feelings control her, she didn't want to get hurt, and she never would let anyone get inside that part of her and hurt her. But there was him, Miles, there had always been only him, and he had tried so hard that by now she had become accustomed to his presence, to have him in her bed, but what would have happened if Miles had found something better? Someone who could give him what Ali never did in all those years? Would Alison have understood how important he really was to him or let him fly away from her?
Liam had eyes always and only for one person, but that person never looked at him, her attention was focused on someone else, and Liam had done nothing but remain silent, let that love consume him silently until he met her, Ellen. She was everything a man could want in a woman, she consumed him, turned him around in her hands.
But what would have happened if that love, that little flash of light had returned when he least expected it? If he had awakened in him that something he thought was lost forever? Who would have chosen Liam?
Eight years ago, Lena Hale vanished from Adrian Vale’s life after a single winter night that shattered everything between them. Adrian believed she betrayed him for money and walked away without waiting for an explanation. Lena left carrying silence, fear, and consequences she could not explain without causing more damage. Neither of them ever recovered.
Now Adrian is a billionaire whose life is ruled by control, calculation, and restraint. His mother is gravely ill, and her final demand forces him toward a marriage he does not want, meant to provide stability before she dies. Adrian approaches the obligation with emotional distance, convinced love is a weakness he outgrew long ago.
Lena is barely surviving. Her father’s debt has turned violent, placing her family in danger and forcing her into impossible choices. When her best friend asks her to cover a single escort assignment, Lena agrees, believing the money will keep her family safe.
She does not expect to encounter Adrian.
When their paths cross in a luxury hotel, the past detonates. Adrian sees Lena exactly as his old belief requires her to be, a woman who trades herself for money. Lena sees the man she once loved stripped of softness, and certainty in his judgment. An arrangement that binds them together under the guise of necessity rather than forgiveness.
As they are forced into proximity, cracks begin to form in Adrian’s certainty and in the version of Lena he believes he understands. But just as the possibility of reconciliation begins to take shape, forces outside their control resurface.
Jaden, the same man whose actions destroyed their relationship eight years ago, is determined to destroy their marriage now. Obsessed with Lena, he will do anything to claim her for himself.
Can their love survive it?
