The simplest answer for most people will be Amazon. For better or worse, they have the biggest logistics network. Even if it says 'currently unavailable,' click the 'Notify Me' button. I've gotten alerts within 48 hours before as their inventory refreshes. Their 'other sellers' section is also useful, but stick to highly-rated ones.

Is the content of Vol 2 worth it? Before I go hunting for where to buy, I'd like to know if the team-ups are actually interesting or if it's just filler fluff. I heard it has Bakugo teaming up with someone unexpected? That might be the selling point for me.

If the premise sounds good, then I'll follow the purchasing advice here. But if it's just minor characters doing minor things, I might skip it or wait for a deep sale. My digital manga budget isn't infinite, so I have to prioritize. The 'where' to buy is easy; the 'why' to buy is the real question for me with these spin-offs.

The art in these spin-offs is sometimes inconsistent. Are the fight scenes in this volume drawn well? Horikoshi's assistants handle a lot of it, right? If the art is subpar, I'll just read a summary. The art is half the reason I read 'MHA'.

I've seen it pop up on Facebook Marketplace occasionally. People clearing out their collections. You have to be quick, and definitely meet in a safe public place, but the prices can be fantastic. Just make sure to ask for clear photos of the actual spine and pages to check for damage before committing.

Lurking this thread for recommendations myself. I keep meaning to read 'Team Up Missions' but forget it exists between main story arcs. The comments here are helpful for figuring out the most painless way to get it.

Where can I read or buy My Hero Academia Team Up Mission Vol 2 online?

I had a gift card for Google Play, so I bought it there. The reading experience in the Play Books app is... fine. It gets the job done. I wouldn't choose it over a dedicated comic app, but if you have credits, it's a good way to spend them. The file is always in your library, accessible from any device with the app.

So I bought mine through ComiXology, and the process was incredibly smooth. That's an Amazon company, so it just linked to my Kindle library instantly. The quality was good for a digital copy, and the panel flow worked well on a tablet. If you want to own it digitally and keep it in that ecosystem, that's probably your best bet. I'm not sure if they do DRM-free copies though, so that might be a dealbreaker for some.

Where can I read or buy My Hero Academia Team Up Mission Vol 3 online?

Is there a particular reason you're looking for Vol 3 specifically online? Most brick-and-mortar stores like Barnes & Noble should have it on the shelf in the manga section, assuming it's not between print runs. I was just at my local B&N last weekend and saw the whole 'Team-Up Mission' series stocked. Sometimes it's faster to just go get it. If you're remote or your area doesn't have a good bookstore, then yeah, online is the way. But if you have a store nearby, call them first—could save you the wait.

The sheer number of digital storefronts is overwhelming. I settled on Kindle years ago because I'm in that ecosystem for everything else. It's fine. The panel-by-panel 'guided view' can be clunky for manga sometimes, but zooming manually works. I'd only branch out if another store has a significant sale.

Where can I legally read My Hero Academia Team Up Mission Vol 1 online?

Wait, is this the one with the different pro-hero team-ups? I've seen screenshots floating around on social media. Looks cool. I should probably read it legally too, but I always get lost in the different apps. Is the Shonen Jump app the one with the green icon?

What is the reading order for My Hero Academia Team Up Mission Vol 2?

11 Réponses2026-08-04 04:31:48
For a second I thought this was about the 'Vigilantes' spin-off. That has a more crucial order. Team-Up Missions is much more flexible. Vol 2 directly follows Vol 1 in publication, no tricks.

In what order should I read My Hero Academia Team Up Missions Vol 2?

9 Réponses2026-08-04 08:20:15
I borrowed it from a friend and read the chapters based on which characters I saw in the thumbnails. Ended up reading the Kaminari chapter three times because it was so funny. Order didn't factor into my enjoyment at all.

Do I need to read earlier volumes before My Hero Academia Team Up Missions Vol 3?

11 Réponses2026-08-04 17:30:00
From a collector's standpoint, it bothers me to have a gap on the shelf. So I bought them in order. From a reader's standpoint, it doesn't matter at all. The content isn't serialized like that. So decide based on your shelf aesthetics versus your immediate reading desire.

Do I need to read My Hero Academia first before Team Up Mission Vol 1?

16 Réponses2026-08-04 00:36:51
I'm a completist, so I'll read everything eventually in publishing order. That means main series first, then any side stories. Seems like the safest way to avoid spoilers and ensure proper emotional flow.

What stories are included in My Hero Academia Team Up Missions Vol 2?

12 Réponses2026-08-04 07:47:01
Wait, are the Team-Up Missions considered canon? I see them referenced sometimes, but I'm never sure if they're part of the official timeline. The events in volume 2, like the Gang Orca training, seem like they could slot right in without contradiction. Horikoshi provides some illustrations and oversight, so they feel canonical in spirit, even if the main plot never directly depends on them. Knowing that affects how I read them—I see them as little bonus adventures that actually happened in the universe, not just random what-ifs. That makes the character moments, like seeing Shiketsu High's daily life, feel more valuable.
