Checked all the usual ebook stores, and nothing official pops up. This one seems stuck in that gray area of fan translations and web serials that never got a proper licensed digital release. It's frustrating because I'd happily pay for a clean ebook version—scrolling through ad-heavy websites to read is a pain.
I did come across an unofficial audio version on YouTube, read by someone using a text-to-speech engine. It was as robotic and monotonous as you'd expect. Not worth the time unless you're truly desperate to consume the story hands-free. Might be better to just read the text on your phone with a screen reader if audio is your only option.

the short answer is maybe? I've seen listings on a couple of audio platforms that claim to have it, but they use a slightly different author name or just a romanized title, and the cover art looks like a generic stock photo. The one I tried from a smaller site was... okay, but the narrator had this strange cadence that threw me off. Made the whole rebirth vibe feel less urgent.
If you're looking for the ebook, your best chance is on aggregator sites that pull from Chinese web novel platforms like Webnovel or MoboReader. Even there, it's a mixed bag because translation quality can vary wildly between chapters if different groups picked it up. I found a PDF version through a forum link that was decent for the first 50 chapters, then it became a real mess. Honestly, I just gave up and found a good fan summary instead.

No official audiobook that I've ever found. The novel itself is easy to read online if you don't mind the web serial format on sites like BoxNovel. The translation there is passable, and it's free. For audio, you'd have to rely on a TTS app and the webpage, which is clunky but works. It's a shame, because the protagonist's internal monologue during his rebirth realization would be great in audio.

Sage Joyner is reborn and given a second chance at life.
In her previous life, she spent eight years of her life madly in love with Ian Holcomb. But all she got in return was a divorce certificate and a terrible death in a mental institution.
Now that she's been reborn, the first thing she wants to do is divorce Ian!
At first, Ian is as cold and disdainful as always. "Don't even dream of threatening me with a divorce. I don't have time for your tantrums!"
After the divorce, Sage's career sets off, and countless outstanding men surround her. That's when Ian loses his cool.
He pins Sage to the wall and says, "I was wrong, babe. Let's remarry …"
Sage looks icy. "Thanks, but no thanks. I no longer have love on the brain."
On my wedding day, my husband abandoned me to marry his childhood sweetheart, while I was tortured to death.

Yeah. That was how my first life ended, pathetic. Wasn't it?
I was the perfect fiancée: quiet, obedient, hopelessly in love with a man who never loved me back.
For three years, I erased myself to become Adrian Whitmore's first love, Isabella Clarke, the woman he truly loved. I cooked for him, fought for him, and even gave up my father's company for him.
And what did I get in return?
Betrayal. Humiliation. Death.
But heaven gave me another chance.
I wake up three years earlier, at our engagement party. The same party where Adrian threw our rings into the pool and I—desperate and pathetic—dove in to retrieve them.
Not this time.
This time, I throw the rings back in his face. I expose his secrets, reclaim my father's empire, and walk away from the man who never deserved me.
But Adrian isn't ready to let go.
The obedient woman who worshipped him is gone, replaced by someone he can't control or predict. For the first time in his arrogant life, he wants what he can't have—me.
Too bad I'm done being anyone's second choice.
With a sweet billionaire offering genuine devotion and a dangerous mafia boss promising absolute protection, I finally have options.
Meanwhile, Adrian watches helplessly as I become everything he never let me be.
In my first life, I died for love. In my second life, everyone who hurt me will pay.
Everyone knew how much I was in love with Alex Carter. I was willing to do anything for Alex just to see him happy and never bothered if they ruined my dignity or worth. But to Alex, I was seen as a desperate shameless lady who wanted him by all means even though I knew he always had a lover. After we got married, he treated me like dirt and threw me in prison, accusing me of financial crimes. Killed by a jailer sent by him, I died with regret of loving him. When I woke up again, I found myself back on my wedding day with Alex in my previous life and realised it was an afterlife, a second chance at life. This time, I wouldn't let him ruin me twice.

My world shattered when my husband, Caleb, rejected me for my fake sister, Susan.

As I navigate the treacherous web of lies and deceit that was consumed by my family, I'm forced to confront the ultimate question: can I forgive Caleb and rekindle our lost love, or will the shadows of our past forever tear us apart?
Finally got around to answering this because I hunted for it myself a while back. 'Rebirth of the Phoenix' seems to exist in several ebook formats on the major platforms, like Kindle and Kobo. The audiobook situation is trickier. I know there's at least one version floating around on subscription services, but the narrator quality seems to be a point of contention in some reviews. Honestly, the production feels a bit rushed compared to some of the more polished xianxia audiobooks out there.
If your main goal is to read it, digital text is definitely the way. The translation is decent, and the ebook is often part of those unlimited subscription deals. For listening, maybe try a sample first to see if the narrator's voice matches what you imagine for the characters. I ended up just sticking with the ebook after the first few audio chapters didn't quite click for me.
I’ve been digging around for 'Reborn. Without You' in audiobook format because I love consuming stories while multitasking—commuting, cooking, you name it. So far, my searches haven’t turned up an official audiobook release. The novel seems to be primarily available as a web novel or in print/e-book formats, which is a shame because the emotional depth of the story would shine with voice acting. I checked platforms like Audible, Google Play Books, and even niche audiobook sites, but no luck. Maybe someday a publisher will pick it up for adaptation—fingers crossed! Until then, I’ll just have to settle for reading it the old-fashioned way.
That said, if you’re into similar rebirth-themed stories with audiobooks, 'The Beginning After the End' or 'Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint' might scratch that itch. Both have fantastic narrators who really bring the protagonists’ struggles to life. It’s wild how much a good voice actor can elevate a story’s tension, especially in emotional scenes. 'Reborn. Without You' would benefit so much from that treatment—imagine the raw delivery during the MC’s lowest moments!
Ugh, searching for audiobooks of niche web novels is such a hit-or-miss experience! I went down this rabbit hole last month when my friend wouldn't stop raving about 'I Was Reborn.' The novel itself is everywhere on fan translation sites, but the audio version? Radio silence. I checked Audible, Scribd, even random Japanese platforms like Audiobook.jp—nothing.
What's weird is that some lesser-known isekai titles get full voice actor treatments while gems like this don't. Maybe it's licensing hell? The author's inactive Twitter feed suggests they might not be prioritizing adaptations. For now, I've settled for text-to-speech apps while commuting, though it's not the same as proper seiyuu performances.
I wish I could give you a solid yes, but last I checked, 'Comeback of the Reborn Lady' doesn't have an official audiobook release. I've been down this rabbit hole before because I wanted something to listen to during my commute. It's a shame because the web novel's pacing and the protagonist's inner monologue would translate really well to an audio format. The fight scenes and court politics could be amazing with the right narrator.
Maybe it's a licensing thing, or perhaps the platform that hosts it, like Webnovel or Novel Updates lists it on, hasn't commissioned one yet. For now, the text version is it. I'd keep an eye on the publisher's social media; sometimes fan demand can push these projects forward. Until then, I'm just re-reading my favorite arcs.
