Pursuing multiple romantic encounters in BG3 is a tricky and ultimately ungratifying tactic, unless you’re going for a particular character’s approval to grant some vampiresatically-useful perks and secretly putting your Tav through paces of physical and emotional duress in preparation for his promised bear form through the bond with kindly half-orc ranger Halsin. It's actually possible to pursue some sort of polyamory in the game, but it's all very specific and largely only possible with Halsin or Minthara.
