Currently these sites enable comparison of prices for buying and renting textbooks, but it would be great to have library search results integrated too, so that you can see which libraries near you offer the same ebook for borrowing. Until that happens, WorldCat enables you to search for a book and then find-out whether it is available in physical or digital format from libraries locally and elsewhere. It’s a bit of a detour but all available via legal free sources from within your library network.
