Webnovel. That's the spot. The app's okay, library is huge. No official audiobook that I've ever seen. Some random YouTube channels might have a few chapters narrated badly, but they get taken down fast. Just read it on the app, it's fine. The daily check-in rewards help offset the chapter costs a little.

Oh, that book's a bit of a niche title outside of its main platforms, isn't it? I went looking for it last year. The ebook is pretty much exclusive to the serialized fiction app where it first blew up. You'll need the Chinese webnovel platform 'Qidian International' or its app, Webnovel. That's the official source. They've got the complete translation there, but the reading model is either a pay-per-chapter or a subscription thing. I just buy a bunch of coins when there's a promotion.
For the audiobook, it's a different story. I listen to a lot of these. The official audiobook is on a Chinese audio platform called Himalaya, but that's entirely in Mandarin. If you're after an English audio version, I don't think one exists officially. Sometimes fan groups do dramatic readings, but for 'Dorm Mates', I haven't stumbled across anything polished enough to recommend. Your best shot for audio might be using text-to-speech on the Webnovel app itself, though it's obviously not the same.

Man, I had the worst time tracking this down. Everyone kept mentioning Webnovel, and yeah, that's the primary spot. But their app can be a bit glitchy for purchasing sometimes. I found buying the privilege chapters through their website on a desktop browser was smoother, then it syncs to the app. As for audiobooks, forget it for English. I searched high and low. There's a bunch of unofficial sites that claim to have 'free audiobooks' but they're just text scrapers with robotic TTS, and half the links are malware traps. Not worth the risk. If you really want it read aloud, your safest bet is getting the legit text from Webnovel and using a high-quality TTS extension on your browser. It's not ideal, but it's something.

Strictly speaking, the only legitimate source for the English ebook is the Webnovel platform. The author and translator are contracted there. Any other site offering the 'complete epub' is pirating it. Audiobook versions in English aren't licensed, so any you find are unofficial and likely low-quality. Support the creators by reading it on the official app, even if the monetization model is a bit of a grind.

This is a classic case of a novel being locked to its original serialization platform. I read it on Webnovel. The upside is the translation is consistently updated and professionally edited. The downside is the cost can add up if you binge it. I don't mind paying per chapter for a story I'm enjoying, but I know some readers hate that system. For audio, I saw some threads on novel forums about a small group attempting a podfic adaptation, but I think the project stalled. It's a shame because the comedic banter between the roommates would be fantastic performed well. Until then, it's a read-only experience unless you're fluent in Chinese for the Himalaya version.

I'm assuming you mean 'Dorm Mates' by Meg Parker? That one's pretty new and a Kindle Unlimited title last I checked. You can buy it on Amazon directly, but if you want to read online, your library might have it through an app like Libby. Mine didn't, so I ended up using KU for the free trial.
It's a decent little enemies-to-lovers college romance, nothing groundbreaking but a fun, quick read. The ebook formatting was fine, no weird glitches or anything. I'd say check your library's digital catalog first—saves a few bucks if they have it.
Been down this rabbit hole myself after finishing the physical copy. The ebook situation is pretty locked down—it's pretty much Kindle and Apple Books exclusive for digital. No luck on Kobo or Google Play, which I found annoying since I prefer my Kobo. The audiobook is even trickier; I've only found it on Audible, narrated by that same person who does the 'Midnight Library' series. Kinda wish there were more narrator options, honestly.
I did stumble across some sketchy-looking PDF sites claiming to have it, but the formatting was a mess and missing all the chapter illustrations. Not worth the risk or the broken reading experience. If you're desperate and don't mind spending, the Audible version is decent, though I miss flipping back to check those little dorm room maps they had in the print version. My library's Overdrive had a six-week waitlist last I checked, so I just caved and used a credit.
who does a fantastic job with the voices, especially the growly alpha tone.
Sometimes these indie romantasy titles bounce around platforms, but Audible has it locked in with Whispersync for cheap if you own the Kindle version. I’d steer clear of random YouTube uploads claiming to have it; the audio quality is usually terrible and it’s a copyright mess. Audible’s membership credit system made it pretty painless for me. I listened to the whole thing on a long drive and the performance really adds to the tension.
