FF.net's dedicated crossover category is surprisingly decent for this pairing if you filter by character. The summaries are usually straightforward about the crossover element, unlike Ao3 where it can be buried in freeform tags. I just want to know if I'm getting Katara and Zuko in Middle-earth, not wade through 50 AUs. Also, some old LiveJournal communities had themed crossover challenges; the links are often dead, but the fic titles and authors are listed, so you can hunt them down on newer archives. Found a great 'ATLA'/'Star Wars' one that way where Zuko was a Jedi exile.
