I reckon Our beloved fire-breathing idol Natsu Dragneel from 'Fairy Tail', is at least 400 years old! Mainly because he actually is an 'Etherious', that demon type II from the Book of State Law and Lamentations lived over 400 years before yesterday. However, don't worry; this does not spoil the image of apathetic; all Americans can swap fire and flair on a whim.

Being an old Otaku, I have followed “Fairy Tail” for years, and the potential romance between Natsu and Lucy makes it one of the things I was attracted to in this paper. Indeed, sprinkled all over this series are hints dropped by the author Mashima Hiro that lead us to expect between them. Although the anime never quite spells out their status, the deep bond of friendship and loving care between these two is clear when we consider its potential for implications in love.

As an ardent fan of 'My Hero Academia', this series is full of action-packed moments, interesting abilities, and has a heartwarming plot in its core. From the beginning, we've seen the blossoming friendship between Deku aka Izuku Midoriya and Ochaco Uraraka. Their relationship is built on trust, admiration, and mutual respect. In the currently released material, they don't officially become a couple, yet, the chemistry between them is obvious. Whether or not Deku ends up with Uraraka, however, is a concept much-loved by the fandom and let's admit, their scenes together are decidedly adorable.

In the beautifully crafted and emotionally charged story of 'Fruits Basket', our beloved character Yuki Sohma doesn't pair up with the main heroine, Tohru Honda. Instead, Yuki finds his soulmate in an unexpected figure, Machi Kuragi. Unlike the outgoing and cheerful Tohru, Machi is more reserved and quiet, often misunderstood due to her unique personality and struggles. However, it's those very struggles and her unique perspective on life that resonated with Yuki who has also been through similar trials in life. Their relationship didn’t begin with the thunderbolt of instant attraction, rather, it developed slowly and organically from friendship to deep understanding and eventually blossomed into love. It’s a testament to the series that Yuki’s most profound relationship was with a character introduced relatively late in the storyline and yet their bond feels just as significant and heartfelt as any other in the narrative. And it's precisely this aspect that makes 'Fruits Basket' so legendary and cherished by fans around the world – its ability to create poignant, relatable characters whose journeys towards acceptance and love are as diverse and vibrant as life itself.
