BookBub often features her older titles in deals. If you sign up for alerts, you'll see them pop up chronologically in their emails as they go on sale. It's a cheap way to collect the backlist in order over time. I got 'Black Out', 'Die for You', and 'Fragile' for like $2.99 each over a few months just by waiting.

The order is basically a straight line from 2006 onward with one book per year, except for 2013 which seems to be a gap year, and 2020 which had 'Confessions on the 7:45'. Wait, 2020 had that, 2021 had 'Last Girl Ghosted'... yeah, she's been incredibly consistent. It's impressive for any author, but especially in a genre where readers have high expectations for fresh twists every time.

The Wikipedia page is surprisingly accurate and well-sourced for this. It lists her novels in a table with publication years, and separates the Lisa Miscione books into their own section. It's the fastest, most reliable free method I've found. Anyone saying otherwise is overcomplicating it for a fairly mainstream author with a clear publishing history.

The sheer number of holds for 'Secluded Cabin Sleeps Six' on Libby tells you all you need to know about her current popularity. That book was everywhere. Sometimes the buzz around the latest release is a better guide than publication order. If everyone's talking about it, there's a reason—it often represents the author at the top of their game. You can always circle back later.

I find it interesting how her standalone 'Ink and Bone' (2016) has a completely different vibe from the Rachel Caine series with the same title. Makes searching for it a bit tricky sometimes. Just a heads-up if you're googling reviews or summaries—make sure you're looking at the Lisa Unger thriller, not the fantasy novel about a library. Adding her name to the search is crucial.

Which Lisa Unger books are connected and what order should I follow

You could almost group them by protagonist type. The Ridley Jones books are about a woman caught in a conspiracy. The Hollows books with Jones Cooper are detective-led. The other Hollows books ('In the Blood,' 'Crazy Love You') are intense psychological portraits. So pick your preferred protagonist style, then read those in order. For Jones Cooper, do 'Fragile' then 'Darkness, My Old Friend.' For psychological deep dives, 'In the Blood' and 'Crazy Love You' can be in either order.

In what order should I read Lisa Unger’s Hollows series

Wait, is there a recommended order? I've only read 'Fragile' and loved it, but I didn't realize it was part of a series. I just picked it up because the summary sounded good.

What is the complete list of Lisa Unger books in order

Can we take a second to appreciate how prolific she is? To have a list long enough to cause confusion is a testament to her output. We're lucky to have so many books to sort through! Most of the suggestions here are great. My personal vote is for the Fantastic Fiction website. It's clean, ad-free-ish, and just gives you the facts: title, year, series note, and cover art. It's my bibliographic bible for any author.

How do I read Lisa Unger’s standalone thrillers in order

I read them based on audiobook narrator availability. Some are narrated by different people, and a great narrator enhances the thriller experience. Julia Whelan narrates a few, and she's brilliant. So my order was: whichever audiobook was available at the library with a narrator I liked. It made the experience more about performance than chronology. Highly recommend this if you're an audio fan—check the narrators on Audible and pick based on that.

Waiting for someone to post a detailed timeline of fictional events with dates. I’d read that deep dive.
