I was actually on a major 'Sons of Anarchy' rewatch last year and got that itch for crossover stuff. The first one I found that really worked for me was 'Anarchy in Wonderland'—a fusion with 'Once Upon a Time' where Jax ends up in Storybrooke after that final scene on the highway. Sounds bonkers, but the writer nails the tone, making the Mayans-versus-CSI stuff feel organic instead of a gimmick. Gemma trying to outmanipulate Regina is a scene I didn't know I needed.
Lately I've seen more crossing with 'The Walking Dead'. That setting fits the SAMCRO survivalist mentality a little too well, honestly. The ones where they have to defend the clubhouse from a horde while dealing with internal power struggles can get repetitive, but the character studies are solid when they focus on how someone like Tara or Abraham would handle Charming's politics.
I keep hoping someone will try a 'Justified' crossover. Raylan Givens and a Clay Morrow standoff writes itself, but I've only found a few decent oneshots.

Don't sleep on the 'Supernatural' crossovers. Sure, Dean Winchester and Jax sharing a beer is fun, but the good ones treat the SOA world as a case. The monsters reflect the human evils the club deals with—a wendigo representing their cannibalistic infighting, a ghost tied to the clubhouse land. It reframes the show's violence through a supernatural lens in a way that's surprisingly thoughtful, not just a monster-of-the-week romp.

Honestly, most crossovers feel forced to me—like someone just wants to see their favorite characters in the same room regardless of world logic. I made an exception for 'Red Right Hand', which threads 'Peaky Blinders' and Sons together. It's set in a nebulous 1920s/2000s hybrid timeline, which sounds messy, but the author uses the anachronism to highlight the similar themes of legacy and violent brotherhood. Tommy Shelby and Jax Teller circling each other, two sons trying to escape their fathers' shadows, creates a dialogue that a straightforward modern setting wouldn't allow. The prose is dense and the pacing is slower than a lot of fanfic, but it builds to some genuinely powerful moments about the cycles these men are trapped in. I still think about the last scene between Gemma and Polly Gray.

If you're asking for crossovers, you have to mention 'Mayhem and Meth'. It mashes up 'Breaking Bad' and SOA, with Walter White's blue meth somehow making its way to Charming. The story explores the business fallout when the club realizes a new, dangerously pure product is undercutting their usual suppliers. It's less about gunfights and more about this tense, slow-burn negotiation between two very different criminal structures, with Jesse Pinkman's chaotic energy clashing perfectly with Tig's brand of crazy. The writing can be uneven in later chapters, but the core premise is executed with a surprising amount of thought behind the logistics.

Angel Moretti.
He was the love of my life. I always knew he was ever since we were kids. We did everything together. His name is Ryder ‘Savage’ Jackson. He was my world, my everything. Until he brutally ripped my heart from my chest three years ago.
He tore my heart to shreds when he humiliated me by claiming another woman in his clubhouse, in the same bed we once shared. Savage by name, Savage by nature. He didn’t even give me a chance to tell him the news I had just accused me of cheating. Me, Angel Moretti. Like I would ever do that to him.
So I ran, I ran from the pain he caused me. Ran from my family. Not wanting to be seen as the disgrace, but mainly to save him and his MC from annihilation. So I fled with the life we created growing inside of me.
But all good things must come to an end. When he walks into my bar three years later. So what do I? Do I run? Or face the man who destroyed me?
What could go wrong? Well, everything apparently.
Ryder ‘Savage’ Jackson.
She was my Angel, my goddess sent to me from heaven and I fucked it up. I claimed someone I shouldn’t have and paid dearly for it. I was a damn fool to believe the lies and bullshit. Missing out on the most precious gift Angel could give me.
But I will make it right.
Angel Moretti thinks she can get away from me with my kid. She has another thing coming, especially when I claim them both as mine. She will have no choice but to move back home with me. She may be a Mafia Princess, but she is mine!

"You gave your body to a man who didn’t know what to do with it," Cane murmured, his breath hot on her skin. "Let us show you what it means to be wanted… by three."
Riley gave everything to her marriage until she walked in on her husband and his stepsister cheating on her.
The betrayal shattered her… but only for a moment as she proposes to the one thing he's always wanted: an open marriage.
He thought she’d crumble. Instead, she chose revenge.
And nothing stings more than the fact that she picked his three best friends to help her get it.
Three ruthless bikers. Three men who don’t share unless it’s worth the risk.
Three Alphas who made Riley theirs the moment she said yes to them.
Now every night, she gives them what her husband took for granted—moans, surrender, and something dangerously close to love.
He watches from the sidelines. Burning. Regretting but it's too late.
Because she’s not just taking back her power—she’s making sure he feels what it’s like to be replaced.
And the worst part?
He never expected she’d fall for them.
And that they’d fall for her.
And Riley? She's only just started.

“You’ve never had two naked men make you the center of all of their attention?” Drake said. “Never had two men worship you with every single inch of their bodies?”
“Never been sandwiched between two huge, hard guys?” Dux said. “Never been kissed and touched by two sets of hands and lips?”
“No,” she whispered. “Never.”
“Is that something you’d like?” Dux’s voice was getting even deeper, even darker. “Something you’d want to experience?” ****
Dux and Drake Keeler are ex–Road Devils MC enforcers, twins who live fast, fight dirty, and love without limits. Fresh off a brutal raid on a cult compound, they’re tearing across the country with one goal: protect what’s theirs. And lately, that’s Briley.
The brothers are equal parts savage and irreverent, bound by blood and an unbreakable rule: they share everything. Including desire. They want Briley in their world, their arms, their bed, and they’re unapologetic about it.
Briley Cross is still reeling from surviving a cult and killing its leader. The twins offer her a new start, and something far more dangerous: devotion from two men who make her the center of everything. It’s tempting. Terrifying. Irresistible.
But when enemies of the Road Devils go to war, Briley becomes the target. As Dux and Drake unleash hell to save her, she’s carrying a secret that could change all their lives...if they survive long enough to claim it.
Man, this takes me back. I spent a good chunk of my late teens scrolling through FF.net for SOA fics. The archive there is massive, but it's a real mixed bag because the show's been over for years, so a lot of the great, in-character stuff is buried under abandoned WIPs and weird crossovers. The tagging system is basic, so you have to dig.
I had more luck on Archive of Our Own once I learned how to filter properly. You can really narrow it down by pairing, like Jax/Tara or Chibs/OC, and exclude tags you hate. The quality tends to be higher there, I think because the writers are often older. Some authors even structure their fics like episode continuations, which is cool if you wanted more from the final seasons.
Honestly, a lot of the best gems I found were through Tumblr. Writers would post snippets or links to their AO3 accounts. Following specific tags like '#soa fic' or '#jax tara' led me to some amazing, moody character studies you wouldn't find just browsing the big sites.
Okay, so, Sons of Anarchy fic. Everyone zeroes in on the Jax/Tara stuff, which, fine, but where the writing really cooks is when it digs into the actual clubhouse politics. I read one a while back that was entirely from Chibs' perspective, set between seasons, just about him fixing a bike for a prospect who messed it up. No shootouts, no big drama. Just the quiet tension of evaluating loyalty through grease and torque. The author nailed how the brotherhood isn't about grand speeches; it's about who shows up at 3 a.m. with the right tool and keeps their mouth shut.
You see it in the way fics handle the votes, too. The 'church' meetings in canon are brutal, but fanfiction stretches those moments out. It'll get inside Piney's head when he's voting against Clay, or show Bobby's internal calculus trying to keep the peace. That's the core dynamic, right? It's a family, but one where you might have to put a bullet in your brother to save the club. The best stories make you feel the weight of that choice, not just the shock of it.
Honestly, I skip the pure romance ones. The brotherhood angst is the real meat. The tragedy isn't that they die; it's that they truly love each other and still have to do this.
