Deadly Secrets Of The CEO

Deadly Secrets Of The CEO

He explains. “But instead, you made me the CEO because your wife needed content for the book she was writing.” I say, my voice laced with annoyance. “You should read it, it’s called The Deadly Secrets Of The CEO.” He says and my mind goes to the night that we dumped Kate’s body. Jimmy was incredibly drunk and when we was taking him to our building, he was muttering a bunch gibberish in his sleep. But he also said something. Something that didn’t go unnoticed.

Usually in the form of a Banshee. Rated 90% in kill success. "Did you learn any weaponry during my prison years," I asked him curiously and he stared at me with an open mouth. Her Deadly Revenge

Her Deadly Revenge

"I thought you said all the girls got away." Celia shook her head slowly. "I never said that. I said some of us got away. A bunch of the men at the school were prisoners before all this. For fun, they picked girls out from our yearbook, and then they'd search their homes to see if they were still alive. If they found the girl, they killed her family or friends and took her. I was glad my dad died with the virus because the stories other girls told were horrible. I mean, imagine living through the virus only to have a bunch of disgusting men come and kill your loved ones, and then expect you to be their slave.

I really got sucked into this book. It was very good. It has nothing to do with wolves, like the blurb above says. It's more like an end of the world type book. Wasn't something I normally read, but I'm glad I did.
Sabrina
The blurb and the title don’t match this book. The story is about a zombie apocalypse, a bunch of strangers that meet and their relationships that develop throughout. I thought the ending was good, but I would love to read a sequel for some much needed closure. Overall, it’s a really good book.

A Deadly Valentine

A Deadly Valentine

I could only watch helplessly as everything unfolded. Tina was scared and upset. She sat beside my body and asked, "Mommy, are you… dead? Aunt Alice told me that death means turning into stone. A dead person also can't talk anymore. "Mommy, can you please not turn into stone? I don't want you to turn into stone. I will be a good girl. I won't be bad. Mommy, can you please not die?" I reached out and tried to console her by patting her on the head. "I'm sorry, Tina. It's all my fault. I can't take care of you anymore. You must be strong and take good care of yourself, okay?"
