Novel & Cerita All Booked

“There seems to be a mistake.” Drew frowned.“What kind of mistake?” “Your booking shows only one suite.” “One?” I repeated, my brows pulling together. “That’s not possible,” Drew said immediately, his voice calm but firmer now. “My secretary booked two luxury suites.” “I’m sorry, sir,” she said politely. “But we only have one under your name.” Drew’s jaw tightened slightly.“Then get another room.” “I’m really sorry, sir… we are fully booked for the night.” “What do you mean you’re fully booked?” his voice dropped a little, controlled but clearly annoyed. “Get me another room. My secretary showed me the reservation this is your mistake sort it out”

Blackwood’s voice was as smooth and authoritative as ever. The concierge’s polite smile faltered. She hesitated, flicking her gaze toward the screen in front of her before carefully clearing her throat. "Sir, there seems to have been a mix-up…" A long pause. Irene suddenly felt a chill crawl up her spine. The woman continued hesitantly, "Only one room was reserved under your name. We’re currently fully booked due to the business conference. Unfortunately, there are no other available rooms at the moment." Silence.

New Year's Day was too far away and I could not sit in this house for another week pretending I was fine. I clicked on manage booking and selected an earlier date. Three days from now. The page loaded and I waited. (This booking is not eligible for date changes. To travel on a different date please purchase a new ticket.) I stared at the screen. Fine. New ticket then. I searched the available flights. Every single one was fully booked. I clicked through four different dates, three different departure times, even considered a connecting flight through Dallas just to get out faster. All of it. Fully booked.

While I was busy “letting go.” Douglas was fucking insane. Did he find out I was going on the trip alone? Was that why he went out of his way to cancel it at night? “Well, can I rebook?” The receptionist grimaced and I knew her answer wasn’t what I wanted to hear. “Unfortunately, we’re booked out until next weekend.” My tongue poked the inside of my cheek hard enough to stop myself from crashing out. Of course, they were fully booked. I had to book this reservation a few months ago to be able to secure it. Of course, any available room was going to be booked in seconds.

"I am calling from the ice rink. About your wedding tomorrow." My stomach dropped. "Is there a problem?" "There has been a conflict with your reservation. Double booking. We have another event scheduled for the same time." "What? How is that possible? We booked months ago. Paid deposit." "I know. There was clerical error. And I am so sorry. But we have corporate event booked for tomorrow evening. They reserved the space a year ago." "Then why did you let us book it?" "Mistake on our end. New staff member did not check the system properly. We take full responsibility."

“Bella.” More typing on the other end. Then, “I’m very sorry, ma’am, but all rooms have been assigned. We are fully booked.” I exhaled, pressing my fingers to my temple. “There has to be another room.” “I do apologize, but we don’t have any available at the moment.” I closed my eyes. “So, you’re saying there’s nothing you can do?” A slight hesitation. “Not tonight, ma’am. I can put in a request to see if anything opens up tomorrow.”

I stood with my mom and Dylan, all of us tired from the trip. After a few minutes, Richard came back. His expression was tight. "What's wrong?" my mom asked immediately. "There's been a situation with the reservation," Richard said carefully. "What kind of situation?" "The hotel is fully booked. They overbooked, actually, and they can only give us two rooms instead of three." My stomach dropped. "Two rooms?" my mom repeated. "But there are four of us." "I know." Richard rubbed the back of his neck. "They're upgrading us to suites to make up for it, but..."

“Yes, ma’am. I’m deeply sorry.” Heat flooded my face. Of course. Of course it was. “Can I get another room then?” My voice pitched too high. “I’ll take whatever’s available. Anything.” The receptionist looked close to tears. “That’s the problem. We’re completely booked for the week. There’s a huge corporate event. Every single room is occupied.” “Every room?” My chest constricted. “I’ve checked everywhere. We have absolutely nothing until next Friday.” “What about other hotels?” My voice started shaking.

I sighed in frustration and looked at the manager who was whispering something to the staff. “Miss Emily… I am so sorry to tell you this but we have no room available right now for you…” The manager said regretfully. “What?” I got shocked and added further, “You – You have this huge hotel but you have no extra room? Are you kidding me?” “Miss, the hotel is fully booked. It’s winter break and people have already booked some rooms beforehand” The manager said politely. “Don’t tell me that, it’s your fault” I told him sharply.

Dante inquired. "Sure, I will sir," she responded, and immediately she began clicking on the buttons on the computer in her front. After a while, she stopped and uttered, "It's only a presidential suite booked under Mr Dante Blaze's name," "That's not right? I was told there were two suites booked, you know what is there an extra suite available?" He asked the receptionist. Then, she clicked on her keyboards once again and momentarily stopped, as she said, "I'm sorry sir, all are fully booked,"
