WE ARE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HILL

Ancanta observed the tears running down the boy's cheeks, which she felt extremely sad for, and she was terrified to look at the towering lady who was torturing a kid, whose back was imprinted with a tall monster. "You know, Ancanta, there are a lot of creatures in this planet. The most terrifying monsters would be imprisoned in the darkest pit known as Tatarus, where Hades must also fear ", Hector explained. "However, there is still a type of monster in this planet since humans were born. It is established by greedy, petty human beings, or it may even arise from defending people we love." "It's terrifying," Ancanta whispered gently as she grasped Hector's arm and quickly dragged her body in

Pheonix suggested and everyone turned to look at him. “Who is the Lord of the revival” Valerie asked quite confused by the name. “Well then, why don’t you all settle down and listen to this ancient tale of the lord of the revival’s adventure” Pheonix announced. “Theseus, great hero of Attic legend, son of Aegeus, king of Athens, and Aethra, daughter of Pittheus, king of Troezen in Argolis, or of the sea god, Poseidon, and Aethra. Lockers Orphanage

Lockers Orphanage

[Narrator's POV] A long time ago, there was a group of male sinners, also called cursed humans, who had been altered by the Gods to transform into evil giants with fur-covered bodies, bull-like heads, and tails. These monsters, born from the arrogance of man towards the Gods, came to be known as Minotaurs or the Monsters of the Labyrinths. Five of them found themselves trapped inside the confusing structures created by Poseidon, where five pairs were currently walking through. "To kill is to live" was their belief, and they eagerly awaited the arrival of the defenders to satisfy their hunger.

The First Heir

The First Heir

After a moment of silence, Fennel said slowly, “Beelzebub!” “Beelzebub?” Philip was dumbfounded, his face full of surprise. He said, “Isn’t that a mythical creature? Why is such a monster here?” Fennel nodded before he shook his head and said, “No, those monsters just look similar to Beelzebub. They’re not the real thing, but you can consider them a variant of Beelzebub. They’re creatures from the other shore. Thousands of years ago, they were suppressed here by the first chief god of the sacred city! Several of these monsters escaped decades ago and wreaked havoc in the sacred city, even destroying several surrounding cities. If not for Zeus, I’m afraid things would’ve been much worse. More

A Kraken. As I flew over the village, my heart ached at what lay below. The once boisterous village of Acheron, the city of lost souls, was now a literal ghost town. The remaining souls were frozen in place mid-scream. Was it the sight of the Kraken that had scared them, or was it something else? Could a Medusa or perhaps a basilisk be slithering around, freezing those who dared look upon their face? The thought of not one but two monsters living in the Underworld sent a shiver down my spine. Luka had mentioned the multitude of monsters that could form from the Etir, and there was one monster that I couldn't afford to be formed. The Ushi-Oni or the gyūki,

Eliza: The Awakening (Book 1)

Eliza: The Awakening (Book 1)

The werewolf originated in the times of ancient Greece when their gods reigned supreme. During one fateful festivity, Lycaon, the son of Pelasgus, was in need of a meat to serve. Too lazy to go hunting for wild game or to slaughter a lamb, he served the Greek god, Zeus (who was the ruler of the sky and of all gods and mankind), a meal made from the remains of a sacrificed boy. This severely enraged Zeus. As punishment, the angered god turned Lycaon and his sons into wolves. They were to be looked upon by the rest of humanity as something to abhor.

A WEAK SLAVE

His voice was distant, as if he were putting together a puzzle in his mind. - AND...? — Aspen expressed the question that was also in my head. — In Greek mythology, Rhea and Cronnos are the Titans who created the world. They are the parents of the gods Zeus, Hades and Poseidon. They were husband and wife. — Remus explained. My eyes widened in surprise. — You mean Chloe and Aaron are…. — Aspen asked, excited. — It's just a theory, but it is known that wolves can only mate with another whose wolf name connects with theirs in Greek mythology.

I walked in, my jaw-dropping, eyes wide as I looked around at the art before. Turning my head I came face to face with a huge poster of a giant beast. I winced, my heart almost jumping out if its cage in fright. "What the hell-" "It’s a Minotaur," Ally replied walking towards me, “A mythological creature that's most famous for its feature in most Greek maze mythology stories,” she informed straightening the poster with a satisfied sigh. I glanced at her calm face before turning around to inspect the other odd pictures, taped to her wall.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I love the characters and how well you have them interact with each other. I can’t remember the last time I laughed so much when reading a book. Even though I had an inkling on where the story might go, I preferred to follow along with your storytelling instead.

Those three should have gone somewhere near the forest. I think so. In ancient times there were seven legendary monsters. These monsters would have destroyed the entire world but our ancestors fought against those monsters and millions of people suffered and lakhs of people died till that day. The man who stood at the beginning of those struggles and made the place where these monsters can't escape or can't die the "Unknown". The name of the place. Still today no one now" s it. But that place was tightly secured by the two strongest powers. They are known as the warlock and the warlord.
