All around him were students, some leaving the building, others coming in and a very few, lost. He walked to the the notice board and had a look at it. Almost a whole year ago, he had looked at the notice board and had seen the ‘Vestige of the Aptest’ contest's poster amongst others. This year, it was nowhere to be found and it was thanks to him, Trisha, Derek, Penelope, Wilkes, Brie, Professor Ericson and Francis. They had all played their parts perfectly and had hence, brought an end to the contest.

Charlie was extremely surprised and blurted out, “Uncle, what were the books my parents were reading? Do you remember?” Christian thought for a moment, saying, “If I remember correctly, it should be titled something like ‘Apocalyptic Book’, but I can't remember exactly.” Charlie widened his eyes and subconsciously asked, “Uncle, are you sure it was the Apocalyptic Book?!” Christian suddenly came to a realization and said, “Yes, yes, yes! It's called the Apocalyptic Book! The Preface to the Apocalyptic Book sounded strange to me at first. I thought it was a classic book, but your dad said it was the key to opening another world. I always thought he was a bit crazy…”

“It could be a few months, a few years, or a few days,” Jim said in response. “Boss, before Apophis truly becomes a God, we must assemble the five magic books to help you become a God.” Tyr took a deep breath and asked, “Where is the fifth book?” Jim continued to deduce and analyze with the Nostro Compass. In the end, he concluded, “The fifth book is the Torment Manuscript, but our nation is currently experiencing peace rather than turmoil.”

My eyes widened and I nearly fell off the bed, fearful bumps rising all over my body. ​What in the world? Does this thing want to get me killed? ​Forget the penalty for a second.
