I slowly looked at the person who spoke. I almost fainted when I saw Arminato's serious face looking at us, back and forth to the girls below. He's got this clean cut in his hair, it suits him. As Jax and I stood up, Armani hurried to my side again, he held my hand to stop me from walking. “I need a word, Mon chaton” Armani said and it was obvious Jax already had a distaste for the man. Why is he here?” The French rake fired me questions. “I brought him. He’s a friend” I answered him with a gentle look. The kind that made men succumb.

I blurted out. Arnold's eyes widened as he turned to face Jean. Utter shock cut across his face and I saw the type of anger I had only seen back at Night Stone Pack. "That was an honest mistake. I admit that I should not have gone down that lane and I have done the right thing by letting Jasmine go. I have even—" Jean did not get to finish the statement when Arnold landed the hardest punch I had ever seen in my entire lifetime— across Jean's face. The guy doubled over to the floor instantly.

He pinched Rose’s chin and asked with a grin, “Not bad, you have great qualities. What’s your name?” Rose was somewhat uncomfortable. Jean Ares looked like an enchanting evildoer, and his appearance had his own merits compared with Jay. However, the fellow had an alluring way of speaking. It was softer and more comfortable to get close to. He was unlike that walking iceberg, Jay Ares. One would get frozen into an ice sculpture by his powerful cold pressure 100 miles away. “My name’s Ange Lin, Master Jean. I came to you today to talk about project cooperation.” Rose’s chin broke free from his palm.

“You think this is a game?” Bjorn just laughed, a reckless, dismissive sound that filled the room with cold arrogance. “If it’s not, then why do you keep playing it?” “Can you believe it?” he crowed, completely out of touch with the room’s mood. “My brother, Armin, has not one but two wives! Talk about ambition!” His laugh was loud, careless, as if he were discussing some grand, amusing family legend. “I told the servants—Armin, the great Armin Suegra, has two women! A genius move if you ask me!” He looked around, almost expecting applause for his bizarre announcement.

Without her knowing, it fueled a bigger fire of jealousy in Alpha Darren. One could not be honest and one was reluctant to admit his feelings, that was how their relationship was. “You've already had breakfast, why buy him breakfast again,” Alpha Darren muttered. Diana just sighed as she didn't want to respond to what Alpha Darren said. With a burning heart, Alpha Darren still brought Diana to meet her senior. November 11th "Good evening Alpha Xander Kuznetsov," Leo said as he opened the door to a tall man. He had jet black hair and icy blue eyes. His features were sharp and manly and had a dark stubble framed his jaw. "Good evening, Alpha Leonardo Loren," he said in a thick Russian accent as they shook hands. The man who called himself "Ming" spoke again, his smile still soft on his face and showing no signs of stiffening. Without waiting for me to answer, he continued in that odd accent, "I'm sorry Jack didn't tell you I was coming. But I'll be leaving later, so you don't have to be too formal." Armin's Mandarin was a bit of a struggle to speak, but he tried very hard to get the words out, one word at a time, and despite the ineffectiveness, he exuded a certain sense of cuteness that was the polar opposite of his appearance.

Jack didn’t answer right away, his gaze fixed on Jean with an intensity that made the air feel heavier, “You could say that.” Amanda broke the silence, “What a coincidence running into you here. Ruby, you look lovely.” “Thank you,” I said, forcing a smile, “So do you.” Jean extended a hand toward Jack. “Jean Dupont,” he said smoothly, “A pleasure to meet you.” Jack shook his hand, though his grip looked firm enough to leave a mark, “Jack Lombardi.” Jean gestured to the empty seats at our table, “Why don’t you join us? The more, the merrier.”
